What a great experience. These guys are so helpful. They had no problem answering my questions and looking for advice on what issues they have been seeing with internet viruses etc these days. Price for their repair work was fair, and they were quick. My computer runs quieter than ever. Yes the shop is nothing fancy, but these guys really care about their work. Outstanding customer service!
The negative reviews I’ve seen on Unilocal for this store and uncalled for. Trust me, this is an honorable place to get your computer repaired and a fair price and quickly.

The owner of this store is one of the rudest people I have ever met. The original repair was done while I waited. When I brought my laptop back to them with a problem, following a repair, the owner blamed me for the problem, telling me that my computer was infected with viruses. After waiting 3 days, I asked him when it would be ready, he told me it will be ready when it’s ready. He was insulting, and refused to take any responsibility for the problem. I have dealt with them before and they were relatively nice but I would never go back to them after the owners tirade. In my opinion, you can judge a business by how they handle their complaints. There are places who appreciate their customers more than these folks.

I had a minor repair that needed to be done on a laptop and they did it free of charge. Great guys, very honest and friendly. This is the place to go for any tech trouble.
