Ottenheimer Rosenbloom

I worked with Barry Rosenbloom to purchase my first home. He helped us with negotiations on a home that we did not wind up purchasing (due to some issues found at inspection), and again on the house we recently purchased.
It was my first home purchase and I was really happy with Barry’s responsiveness and his ability to explain things. Also, I thought it was really nice that he didn’t even charge for the work he did on the first house and the fee he told me when I first spoke with him was exactly what we paid. With the first houses back and forth and the second home having an 80 page rider, his job couldn’t have been that easy. He was always on top of all of the deadlines and made sure I knew what was going on. I also was able to meet his partner Lester Ottenheimer who was also very helpful and knowledgeable.
I will have no problem going to Barry and Lester if the need arises in the future and highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a good lawyer.
