Taco Bell

Just got back from ordering a double beef cheesy burrito and when I opened up my burrito it was a bean and cheese burrito. Not what I ordered. Very disappointed since I was in the mood for the other burrito. I don’t know why I keep coming to this Taco Bell as they have a history of screwing up my order.

Took the kids for Happier Hour freezes, no freezes available so we ordered food. It took 20 minutes to have our drive through order filled. Ridiculous. No apologies from employees. I’ll never eat there again.

Must try the crunch wrap for$ 1. Served hot and they’re tasty. Service was so so, the girl probably didn’t understand English.

This review is to let this establishment and patrons know that we were sent home with a small metal rod in our all beef burrito. My boyfriend took a bite and found a lovely surprise. We were mostly scared thinking he could’ve fully ingested it!! ouch! Anyway, I am the least impressed with the carelessness of quality control here and equipment maintenance standards. Will not be returning and am absolutely shocked! It was so incredibly dangerous, and obviously no one wants to finish their meal after finding a metal rod out of place in their burrito. It worrisome that it’s an unknown part to us, it’s worrisome that a machine could be missing a part, but either way taco bell needs to get their ish together and be a top notch location! Although I won’t be returning to this location because they tried to kill my man, I do hope they solve their issues since a lot of high school kids go there right after school. I would be so upset if something actually physically hurt them!

bacon club chalupa is okay. I thought it’d be much better but it’s still pretty good!

Alright for a Taco Bell, mess up orders semi-​regularly but usually the one I always go to. But the other night we were asked to leave at 10:30pm when they closed at 11pm and just packed up our food without asking prior. I understand wanting to get out of work on time, but you should never kick a customer out before closing. Won’t be going again.

I just ordered two supreme burritos, they are supposed to have MEAT, SOUR CREAM, BEANS AND LETTUCE but these two have pure freaking BEANS AND LETTUCE! I paid almost $ 7 for these! WHAT THE HELL!!!

The guy who made my food at taco bell put shredded cheese on my crunchwrap instead of nacho cheese. I didn’t realize this until after I drove 4 miles back to my apartment, so I had to eat a crunchwrap with the best part missing.
How can you confuse something so essential like that? They even tried to give me the wrong drink order (a baja blast freeze when I ordered a snapple lemonade freeze).

Thanks for many years of being the most clean and freshest Taco Bell I dine in. Service is quick and quality is great. Only concern I have is in the drive thru the menu board is very far back from the screen you order at. I am constantly not able to read the menu… just move it closer to where the ordering vehicle orders at. Thanks

Fast service through the drive through. Order was correct. Food was hot. Gave tons of hot sauce lol. Why don’t they have wild cherry Pepsi though?!

How the hell do you forget two orders. Mine and the guy before us. But the guy behind us gets his order right away. What the fuck kind of service is that?!

Great food, 90% accuracy on orders. They failed big time on having breakfast ready until 11 AM. thus the one star deduction.

Maybe I’m just unlucky but MANY times I have been stuck in this drive thru line for FOREVER. It’s like they are short handed regularly or something. Sure a drive thru is gonna have a hiccup once in awhile and you’ll have to wait a few minutes but it seems like everytime I’m there lately they are apologizing to me for the wait. Not like I’m pointing it out when I’m at the window. They just know they are super laggers. Sometimes the speaker people sound like they want to kill themselves too. There is a nice white guy that works in there that maybe is the manager because he seems extra nice and apologetic.
On the bright side my food is always right and yummy. And sometimes they give me a discount or extra nachos for their long wait times without me saying anything.

Taco Bell food is just ok, nothing to rave about, but when you have a craving … you have a craving. One tip: Do not come here around 3pm on weekdays! The local high school dismisses and this place is over run with rude and loud teenagers. I don’t know how my two daughters and I scored a table. I had to tell a teenage boy to please watch his language after he continued to practically scream profanities over and over. I will not be back for dining in here at all.

Don’t go here often, but when I do it’s usually good. I got the shredded chicken soft taco and a regular crunchy taco. The shredded chicken soft taco was very poor. I know having juicy chicken is important but this thing was gushing with it. It seeped through the wrapper meaning the tortilla was soggy.
I did however ask for a specific amount of sauces and she gave me exactly that. Staff was very friendly.

One of the slowest taco bells I have been to. The food is good and they usually get my order right. Three stars just because of the service.

Came via drive thru at around 10:45 pm tonight. Saw they had a healthy menu — cantina bowl with rice, corn, black beans, salsa and lettuce. Asked for chicken as I needed protein… What do they forget? Of course the meat… Surprise, surprise…

Great, friendly staff. Always have a time of refuge here to use the wifi and read Guideposts. Food is good. Never got sick from the food here!

The remodel work they did in this Taco Bell is amazing. But the food and staff are just the opposite.
Going to school at Cypress High School then Cypress College, you’d think I’d end up coming here a lot for lunch or something, but I after many times of trying the food I can’t bring myself to do it.
I love Taco Bell, I really do.
Just not this one.

When I need a quick, cheap fix for Mexican food Taco Bell comes through. I still prefer Del Taco for this fix, but Taco Bell was in a more convenient location this time.
I ordered a volcano taco and a cheesy potato burrito. The volcano taco has a nice bite to it. The burrito is huge and tastes ok. Top it off with some fire sauce and life is good.
For under $ 5 and under five minutes I was full and on my way.
