Probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I got welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. My sandwich artist, Travis, made a great turkey and pepper jack sandwich. He was really friendly and funny, and makes a mean sandwich. Great customer service, you go Travis.

Honestly the best Subway location I’ve been to, which was a pleasant surprise! All employees were very nice and efficient, and they handled the customer before me in line who had a big order(and multiple coupons) very well. Subway is something I eat on occasion, but this location makes me want to come back :)

Only giving 1 star because the ingredients here are so bad looking. The lettuce is brown and the spinach is all shriveled looking. Then they over charge you if you order breakfast when it’s not«breakfast» hours. I got a 6inch egg white sand which and paid 8 dollars with a drink!!! That’s a rip off. Yesterday I went to subway off of la Palma(by knotts) and paid 6 dollars for the same sand which plus a drink and two cookies. I only came here today because I had to make a stop at a nearby store but this is the very LASTTIME I will come here again!

I ordered the foot long Roasted Chicken Sub on your choice of bread roll. I like the Herb and Cheese bread roll. The sub consists of two large slices of chicken breast meat(not lunch meat) and your choice of cheese(provolone in my case). You have a option of toasting it, before adding your choice of several different toppings and condiments. I chose lettuce, tomatoes and red onions. I prefer olive oil and vinegar rather than mayo or mustard. My wife thought the sub was very good, but I prefer the Chipotle Chicken Sub that I had last month at a different Subway. The foot long sub with a couple bags of potato chips was plenty for my wife and me. Service was very good. No parking problems.

Today I had a quick meet up my brother to hand me a late Birthday gift. I had our 90-year old mother with us for lunch. I started ordering 3-qty meals for all three of us when this tall dude started fixing himself a sandwich. He was right in between my sandwich artist slowing my meal order. My brother handed the cashier a $ 100 bill and they said for us to go get cash from the bank. That really pissed me off. I paid them we sat down to enjoy our family time. Then my brother walked across to the bank get cash to pay me back. I asked what the store # was and the name of the dude. Ha ha ha, but of course it was the owner«Mike» selfish. Don’t you folks know serve the customer first and have some change. It was 1:30PM I will never eat at this location 5889 Lincoln Ave/Valley View– Buena Park again and support his pocket book! warmly, Very unhappy customer!

I am not sure how you could possible go wrong with your order here, esepcially since you make your own sandwhiches here. The people here are really nice and the plaza is great to walk around. There’s a starbucks and then a marshall’s just around the corner. I had the chance to order some sandwhiches online and when I went to pick it up, it was ready for me to take which is really convenient since I was in a rush that day. Nice clean place and good customer service. Don’t know what more I could ask for this place.

This subway is right around the corner from my house. Good spot to get your quick subway fix. Nothing special here just because they are pretty basic with the portions. I don’t mind coming here but I would rather go to different locations.

Ugh. Of all the crappy Subways this ranks as one of the crappiest. First, cleanliness. Tuesday afternoon. 5 employees and 1 owner/manager behind the sandwich counter. Not a full dining area. 3 customers in line. It wasn’t a lunch rush at all yet there was trash all over the ground and the soda machine area was atrocious. Second, I ordered a BLT and the girl asked me if I wanted it toasted and with which cheese. I said«the shredded cheddar.» I was looking for my wallet in my purse when the oven went off and she removed it and there was no bacon on it. Ugh. So third, I repeated to her that I had ordered a BLT. I THOUGHT that she would remake the sandwich. Not just because it’s the right thing to do, but also because she hadn’t gotten very far on it anyways. But nope. She puts the bacon in a paper tray and heats it up. F-ck me. And fourth. EVERYOTHERSUBWAY piles on the bacon for BLTs. I know if someone orders bacon as an add-on, they’ll get like 2 slices. But on BLTs its always way more slices. NOTHERE! Nope, 2 slices for my BLT. So really I paid for a cheese sandwich with added bacon that wasn’t even melted together, that I reluctantly ate in a less than sanitary establishment.

I was eating here one day, when what appeared to be a homeless couple walked in to hang out. I don’t think the man had even sat down before a bouncer was on top of them, kicking them out.

My new favorite Subway! The girls working, one in particular, were very sweet. The girl that made my order was the only Subway employee(anywhere) EVER, actually asked if I wanted any veggies toasted with my sandwich, which has never happened — even at the ones I frequent. All of the ingredients looked fresh, the store was very clean, and looks like it is run by a good manager with great workers!

Grossed out! :(Went in today to get a sandwich to go for lunch. I get home and take a bite out of my sandwich and the bread just crumbles off. It was old! Fine, whatever, bread is a few days old… then I take another bite and a long string of hair is baked onto the top of the bread! Come on! I was easily disgusted! I start to really inspect the bread of the sandwich and sure enough I find 3 more longgg hairs in the bread. What’s up w that? Totally grossed out and won’t be getting sandwiches here anymore. There are plenty subways in the area. Just gross.

Employee was nice and I love their cookies! I would come back to this location because it’s close to home and with lots of other good stores in the same shopping center :)

3.5 stars I’m cheap & easy. I’m not ashamed. I have it tattooed on my lower back ;p This Subway locaiton is under new management and had a 2 day 50% off everything promo. I fully disclose that I’m not much of a Subway fan, but a deal is a deal so here I was to redeem it. Despite the 50% off promotion, the wait in line didn’t take very long, as it was only 3 deep when I arrived. Plenty of employees were staffed to handle the influx of customers. Currently, I’m trying to reduce/eliminate wheat and grains from my diet, so I opted for a turkey/bacon/avocado spinach salad. My thoughts? It was really good! Sliced turkey, bacon and creamy avocado with red onions, tomatoes, olives, cilantro, bell pepper, banana peppers, oil, vineger, salt & pepper — all on a bed of healthy spinach. I found it to be a light & satisfying dinner. Service was friendly. I like making small talk with people, so I asked if it’s been busy etc. The manager worked the register and she seemed enthusiastic about the promo turn-out. There are a few tables to sit and eat, which were mostly occupied by money-saving people like myself. Parking is in a private lot. I think this visit has changed my view of Subway. It was the first time I had their sandwich as a salad and I enjoyed it. Large portions for not much money. Not a fancy deli, but this Subway has cheap prices and a convenient location, across the street from Cypress College. Recommend! NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM

All Subways are pretty much the same. Similar layouts. Same offerings. What more do you expect? This location, however, can be a hit or miss at times. There are times when I’ve walked in and had the best service ever. And other times where I was treated like the lowest living being on Earth. The inconsistencies are alone frustrating and quite disappointing. When service is «top notch» you can expect smiles from friendly workers who are actually willing to make you your sandwich. «These» individuals will pile on the vegis and make your sub well worth your $$. Now when service is lacking, or better yet non-existent, expect individuals who are too«pretentious» to give you their time and effort. Also they’ll skimp on your veggies and toppings and even charge you a «tax» for toasting your sub. Anyhow, if you’re willing to give this place a try by all means go for it. I just hope you recieve the outstanding service you deserve, rather than the latter.

This subway is Always busy but the sandwich is always good! Their bread is alway fresh and soft melted in my mouth. I hate when the bead is so hard it cuts the ruff of your mouth. Well not here I love this subway only down side its its always busy. CHRISTINE!

Maybe it’s just from the few experiences I’ve had here, but the employees at this Subway aren’t very friendly. They’re also EXTREMELY stingy on the veggies. My sandwich comes out flat and just looks like bread with nothing in it. Seriously. I asked for more onions one time so the sandwich artist carefully picked up two stringy little onions and put them on the sandwich. Aye… It’s not just one person that does this, either, it’s all of them. Maybe it’s a management thing? Perhaps that’s also why the employees always seem ticked off or depressed? I’m not gonna go back to this Subway for that reason. There are many other locations around that are much more generous with the food.

When I’m in the area and I want a quick bite to eat, I’ll usually stop into this Subway. Why oh why do I continue to make this mistake? They put the right amount of veggies and don’t make the sandwiches sloppy, but one thing really pisses me off about them: they make up rules that are inconsistent with the five other subways I frequent. For example: they charge it as «extra cheese» to put a sprinkle of parmesan? Another: they can’t put the onions in with the rest of my buffalo chicken sandwich when they toast it? I’ve politely asked why they can’t do this, and all I’ve gotten is, «It’s just our policy» as the employees turn around and laugh at the lame excuse. Really, now? Whether this is, in fact, this location’s policy or not, I’ve mentioned it to other Subways and they all seem to think this is ridiculous. I will not be returning. There are plenty other better Subways within a mile from this one.

This is my first time going to this location! Wow this store has everything together. Friendly greeters, clean floors and tables, chips are stacked and put neatly in rows. And all their meats, cheeses and veggies were being replaced when i was ordering. My sandwich maker was super friendly and didnt get all huffy when i asked her for a better looking avocado(the one she sliced open was already rotting blah!!). So far so good subway! Keep up the friendliness!
