I love this subway the best out of all subways. They have super friendly staff and the store is always clean! Plus the ingredients look fresh and clean. Here’s a tip too, if you go in before 11am they give you a free drink with your order The manager really knows how to run this place and it shows!

Ahhhhhhh, I love reading all the strange reviews that people write in regards to a Subway restaurant!!!
This is my first visit to this Subway. This location is stuffed into a tiny, tiny strip mall portion of a very large shopping center that holds Kohls, and PetSmart. Buena Park Mall is across the street. If you have been to one Subway, you’ve been to them all! Anyways, when I went into this location, there was one other person ordering. Two young males working. Neither male looked happy to be alive. I wouldn’t either, if I worked at Subway. At least its a job, though, right!!! Anyways, I ordered a foot long, meatball sub. The guy was neither rude, or polite. More like a robot. Now, if I was at a restaurant, I would be upset. But this is a Subway. Who cares!!! I was in and out in a few minutes. My meatball sub was great. I would visit this location again. It was clean, and I have no real complaints.

WE LOVE THIS SUBWAY!!! We have tried eating at other subways when out and about and are always let down. This subway sets the standard high! We go out of our way to come to this one and we’ve come here 10 years now. We call it «our» subway. Always VERY clean and obvious cleanliness is a priority here as well as freshness. Staff is usually friendly. Most important is how fresh the food is. Always soft bread and you can really taste how fresh the meat and veggies are!!!

I complained about hair falling in my sandwich from an employee who I described as older Asian lady who prepared my sandwich without having hair cover and without changing gloves and the sandwich was almost empty of food but full of hair.
Please, read the Email I received from the store manager as an explanation of why the hair was in my food and why they do not change gloves between sandwiches as required by law.
and you be the judge if you don’t pass the manager;s grammar test then you deserve the hair in your food for no extra charge.

I’d like to start by thanking you for taking our survey for your experience at Subway on La palma and Dale and providing us with a thorough explanation. After getting past your spelling and grammatical errors, there were a few things on there that were inaccurate. We do not carry Russian dressing nor will we ever carry it in the future. It has never been an option of item for us to carry at our store. «The old Asian lady» which is offensive, first of all, is this store’s owner and her name is Julie, which you would have gathered if you’d inquire. She set the standard for the right amount of veggies and meat allotted on your sandwich, which is part of the Subway franchise policy and regulations. The proper amount of veggies on a footlong sub is 0.5 ounces of lettuce, 6 tomatoes, 6 cucumbers, 6 pieces of olives, 6 pieces of pickles, 6 pieces of jal/​ban. peppers, 6 bell peppers and 0.5 ounces of spinach. If you need proof of that I’d gladly get you a copy of our manual. The meat also has a set amount proportioned. If you’d like more meat or veggies on your sub, we’d gladly do so which is an extra cost. We will use this as an opportunity to re train our employees to put in the right amount of veggies on all subs in the future. Anytime you add extra of anything, they do cost extra. As for the not switching gloves and the hat not worn, I do apologize for that inconvenience.

The employees here are either very stingy, very lazy, or a combination of both. The lady working was INCREDIBLY STINGY today, it was ridiculous. We were literally laughing at loud at how much of each item she put on the sandwich. And to anybody who wants to argue about fixed portions, I know how much they’re allowed to put and this lady is a joke. At first, the amount of onion she put wasn’t even 2 rings until we asked for more. Same thing with the rest of the items. Disappointed.

These guys are seriously the best and make you feel very welcome. Love these people!!! Always fresh, clean and as a regular they remember me, my order and its customer service like that that is not as widespread as you’d like these days.

The most disgusting subway I have ever been! Very poor customer service! We bought foot long sweet onion chicken teriyaki. chicken and black olives were spoiled! Unfortunately, we took subway at home and it was long way to go back, but after that we not gonna be back here!

We were in a rush and needed to order several sandwiches. Fred was quick and very friendly ! Great costumer service.

This is my go-​to subway. I go before work and after work. They always have my food ready when I call in an order and they always are super awesome with my love of olives. Also one day chick fil a was out of grilled chicken, so I went to subway and the guy told me how «subway is always there for you!» I mean how did he know! (and subway was there for
Me!!) so long story short. I love this subway!

This is the best subway in the area! Their bread is always fresh and when you get the herbs and cheese bread it always has the prefect amount of flavor unlike other subways that are just lightly sprinkled. When i want subway i always come here even passing other subways to get to this one.
My only complaint is that they have become stingy with their avocado they use to give a whole half for a foot long but now they only give ¼. Which sucks b/​c for a $ 1.50 I want a good amount of avocado. But this place is still my #1 subway

This is the best subway ever, I come a long way to eat here and every time I arrive the places doesn’t dissapoint. The workers here are always working their hardest to make everything a delicious and enjoyable success. The only thing I would have to say is that sometimes the place has a long line so be patient please and dont snap or be rude to the workers when its your turn to order, remember respect and manners go a long way. Give this place a try before you go anywhere else!

I am a fan of this Subway compared to a lot of the other local ones by me.
Sometimes it may get packed, but service still moves fast. Service has always been very friendly.
Chips are always stocked up. Food tastes fresh.
I have used the Subway app a few times here. They tend to forget your free cookie but when you ask about it they have no problems giving it to you.

Service here is super fast and the place is clean. It is right next to a starbucks so you can get coffee afterwards or do work. Parking is limited in the immediate area next to the store, but there is ample parking in the big lot, just get to do some extra walking. Free exercise! :)
