TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Do not go here! The service is terrible and sarcastic. I paid for Malibu Chicken and Salad bar. The heavy lady told me to take a seat. She did not give me my tray or salad plate.
After about 5 mins I asked another customer where he got his plate, he said he got it when he paid for his food.
So I walked up to inquire about my plate and was told very sarcastically they were bringing to me and where was I sitting.
I asked for my money back and left.

I forgot about Sizzler! This place brings back childhood memories because my parents would take us here for special occasions. I took my daughter and we both opted for the endless salad bar. My daughter is super picky with food and rarely eats but she pigged out on their kids menu. Love it. I had the sweet potato salad and clam chowder soup and they were both delicious. I know my daughter will be asking me to take her back here.

We always go to the harbor Blvd fullerton location.
Therefore accustomed to sour customer service, under cooked steaks, and brown salad bar.
Decided to try Buena Park site.
Whoa! What a difference. Lots of polite service, steak cooked right first time, and bright salad bar.
Congratulations to the owner of this site.

Failure today guys! Ordered the mega burger, well done, hold the cheese, fries well done. So what do I get? Burger about mideum well with cheese! Good grief! How hard is it to leave the burger cooking an extra minute or two and leave the cheese off??? And I guess on Monday’s it must be soda rationing day since I wasn’t even offered a refill! And thanks for the empty ketchup bottle! Geez…

Great experience! We take the kids to Sizzler when we visit from NV (don’t have any in Southern Nevada).
This location was clean, staff was friendly and the food was great! If you like this type of food, I highly recommend this location!

A four star Sizzler?!? Yes, there is such a thing. It’s definitely a 5 among other Sizzlers and restaurants of similar style (Golden Corral… maybe even Hometown Buffet).
I’ve had a bad experience here, but it’s partially my own fault since I didn’t follow the cardinal rule where it’s best to go to any buffet style place at a busier time. That being said, if you have trouble finding parking, the food will probably be better. This really applies to their AYCE Salad bar.
Their regular menu items are better than all the neighboring city Sizzlers. The steak has been hit or miss.
Though I’d recommend adding the salad bar to what ever you end up ordering. You’d think the salad bar, by itself, isn’t really worth it when you have places like Souplantation, but this particular location holds its own. Again, it’s better to come when they’re busier as they turn over the food much quicker and its almost always fresh. This includes the hot food bar as well.
Anyhow, I know there are A LOT of Sizzler haters out there (even people who’ve never tried it talk smack on it). I’m not saying this place will change you for the better, but it may change your opinion. Not all Sizzlers are created equal, and this one is certainly one of the more exceptional ones.

I came here after reading the reviews and was sadly disappointed. I was wanting a goid steak had planned on black angus but after reading reviews decided sizzler was the best choice… Wrong…ordered the rib eye which is the most expensive item on menu was almost all fat about 4 bites of meat… will not be back…

Easily the best Sizzler I have been to. As a over the road trucker I have been to many Sizzler’s all over the country. This one is the best. The service is excellent and the food is prepared better than any other location.

I went to dinner with my best friend. On a rainy day really looking foward to eating a warm soup. I ordered a salad bar. I served myself a cup of Chicken Noodle soup and I notice that the carrots were NOT peeled and they were DIRTY!!! Later on I served myself peaches and to my surprise the peaches were SOUR!!! I brought it up to one of the staffs members attention. My concern of some other guest trying the disgusting peaches was lightly taken. we still stayed at the restaurant for an hour or so just chatting and the Manager did not even once come to apologize. I’m guessing because the soccer game was more important… smh.

Great service! Never had to ask for extra plates, drink refills, or cheese bread! I would recommend the salad bar! Everything was really fresh!

I went here last night and it was delicious! Loved their salad bar. Our waiter, Jr. He was very nice and attentive. He’s always checking to make sure we don’t need anything else. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

This sizzler is probably the best sizzler I’ve been to, they have a big variety of salads in their salad bar unlike other sizzlers, there’s like at least 3 different types of salad omg they even have kale salad !! And normally other sizzlers have like 3 types of soups but this one has 5. They even have on the side a make your own taco station or you can order a dish if you don’t want all salad and soup. I love ordering the steak and lobster dish because the steak is always made to perfection and so is the lobster tail. Oh did I add, the customer service is EXCELLENT. I’ve never been to a restaurant where ALL of the workers were so nice and helpful but not too pushy and annoying. Plus to put out there, they don’t even make you carry your own tray ! They carry it out for you, what sizzler does that ??? Anyways the place is clean and everything tastes fresh, this place deserves a good 5 stars

Five star! Simply for service. My server’s name is Junior. Surprisingly one of the best service I’ve received … That says a lot.

They r soooooo friendly & gracious here & the food & drink r fabulous! They serve/​bring everything 2 ur table, so no having 2 juggle trays w/​tall drinks, etc!!! They refilled r soft-​drinks & we really enjoyed ourselves!!! Thx SIZZLER 4 making us feel so welcomed & @ home here!!!

Dammit! I’ve spent most of my Life being an Anti-​Sizzler kinda guy. I only went to this restaurant because we were meeting a group of family members after a day at an amusement park. And while I complained standing in line how much I hated Sizzler’s and later waited on some tables being gathered for our group, the craziest thing happened. These guys beat me up with Awesome customer service. I’m a sucker for good Service.
What about the food? My wife ordered me a Tri-​tip, M-​Rare, the way I like my steak however, I wasn’t holding my breath. Once again, Sizzler rose to the occasion of dealing with a dummy (me) and impressed my boots off! Yes, I enjoyed my steak, a lot.
The only reason I can’t give this place a 5^th star is because I still hate the concept of standing in line and ordering my meal on my feet; as if I were at a Fast Food joint. Other than that, I tip my hat to this place.

OK, Sizzler is not the first or second place I think of for dinner. Hmmm, not even lunch. Its just not even on my food radar. Today I must have heard a commercial or saw one and thought their salad bar sounds good. REALLY???
So after work I Unilocaled a Sizzler, and most have low ratings. This location had one of the better ones, and my GF and I decided to meet here. I pulled into the parking lot at 5:45 and it was empty, aside from a elderly lady being helped out of the car by what looks like her son or some nice guy who’s younger than her.
A 6:00 the parking lot was filling up, and fast! Wow! 6:15 my GF arrive and we walk in and stared at the menu. Prices start at $ 9.99 to $ 22, but some entrees comes automatically with the AYCE Salad bar, while the cheaper ones comes with no salad, but you can add a side for $ 2, or the AYCE for $ 5.
What choices! And they also have pasta, chicken, fish… seniors have a great deal that comes with salad bar AND a drink. Decisions…
My GF ordered the herb chicken (single) for $ 7 and AYCE salad for $ 5. I got the 6 oz Sizzler Steak (sirloin) which comes with the AYCE salad bar for $ 13.
The salad bar itself is enough for a meal, although the steak is probably healthier than some of the mayo ladden salads they offer. Still, there was a decent variety.
Plenty of cold salads to choose, from potato, to spinach /​cranberry, to caesar and of course the tossed green. There were 4 types of soups, a medley of toppings and dressings, fruit, a taco bar (didn’t try), kids food bar consisting of chicken wings, tater tots, chicken dinosaurs, mac and cheese and fried something. For dessert there’s the self serve ice cream with a medley of toppings like fudge, sprinkles, nuts, etc. And they had banana pudding, jello, and a cheesecake shot.
Its not a big Sizzler, and their salad bar isn’t the best one I’ve seen. My GF said the old one in Norwalk (now torn down by the 5 fwy construction) had a much better one. Overall not a bad deal. The food wasn’t great, but for $ 13, I couldn’t complain. My favorite is still their cheesy toast, which our server gave us generous portions of, and that, too is AYCE.
Would i come back? Yes, but maybe in a few years.
