I would give it zero stars if I could. This was thee worst experience of going to a doctors office I’ve ever had and I will not be returning. I understand you’re busy but waiting 3 hours for a physical is way too long, I only saw the doctor for 5 minutes. I wish I read the reviews before going in there and wasting my day off. It wasn’t very clean and waiting in the room they put me in was gross. I almost walked out a number of times but figured since I waited this long I might as well finish. I would not recommend anyone to go here. There are plenty of doctors offices all around Orange County that are much nicer and more friendly.

This place is the worse place ever, thank you Medi-​cal! The receptionists are rude, they’re always in a bad mood. Even if you’re early to your appointment you still wait about 1 – 2 hours in the waiting room. When they finally call you, you wait another 45 minutes to an hour in the room. When the doctor finally comes in she sees you for like 4 minutes and BAMN ! She’s gone! She laughs when you tell her what symptoms you have and what you think you have and tells you some BS to fix it. The waiting room is old and beat up the rooms are also the same. It’s just an old gross place overall. Definitely calling my insurance to switch doctors.

I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room (with appt) however I had been sitting in the patient room for almost am hour and still hadn’t seen the dr. Facility doesn’t seem too sanitary. There was a cockroach just crawling around the room. Definitely my first and last visit!

I have mixed feelings about this place. The first two times I came were whatevers. The nurse that attends me is nice and funny. The receptionists are lousy af. They were supposed to schedule an appointment for me to go get some x rays done for a foot fracture. They never gave me anything concerning to the appointment. Long story short, I waited for two hours do they could just trek me to come back in a month. I told the doctor I had body pain and she completely disregarded it and did nothing. Thanks a lot.
