I took my son for the first time to this optometry. I walked in and was able to be out within about 45 mins or so. there was a family before me the location is small but over all I was happy with my experience. This location takes CalOptima, if you use CalOptima you will be able to choose from a selection of glasses the insurance will cover. You can upgrade your glasses and they will discount $ 20. I received a call within 2 days glasses were ready!

Extremely good customer service and easy parking right in front of the office.
The office is always very clean and the doctor is very patient and nice.
They offer good quality with low cost glasses as well as contact lenses.
Will definitely come back

The place is located near Northgate Supermarket, and other stores, thus, expect for crazy parking.
Luckily, for my previous two visits, I never had any problems in parking, as I always parked right in front of this office. The optometrist is really good, I could tell. Compared to the optometrist from Wal-Mart, Dr. Doan is really really knowledgeable in his profession.
The office is very organized. Great selections of eyeglasses, from kids, to children, to teens, to young adults, adults to seniors. And most of which are low-cost.
The lady who assisted me was fabulous, she provides great customer service.
They currently have discount for glasses for new patients.
