Fantastic. I came on a recommendation and, as a guy, I was extremely hesitant to check it out, but I don’t regret the visit. I came mostly to ask about how I can treat/​handle my acne inflammations, but they went above and beyond. Not only did the staff (I didn’t get a chance to catch her name tag), inform me on acne care, but also made sure I understood how to treat my face in general. I ended up trying their deep cleansing service and my face felt, and looked, much healthier and more refreshed. Great service combined with an even better hospitality makes this an absolute 10⁄10. And this is coming from a guy.

I have gotten juvederm injections twice here and I couldn’t be happier… the staff is so friendly they make you feel comfortable and are very honest, my lips came out so beautiful and natural! I had no bruising or discomfort! Registered nurse ms. Cho does a fabulous job I definitely recommend this place and I am a loyal customer!!!

I’ve been going to cleopatra skincare in a la for a while now, but moved to oc. I was pretty bummed since I LOVE getting my face pampered, but was not disappointed when I made the switch! They still have amazing techniques and great service and is actually better priced! I recently did ultherapy treatment, toning and Other services and I have to say they are so patient and really accommodating to your needs. I’m super picky and such a wimp but they really make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I’ve been to many Korean skincare locations and I just can’t say I’ve had better. The staff is so friendly and always honest. They will never make you do anything that alters your face, or they will never try to upsell something unless requested. They also use the good stuff, no cheap lotions here!

Learned about Cleopatra from my friend as she’s coming to this place for facial and laser treatment for the last few years. I am amazed with the laser toning results even after the first 2 sessions at Cleopatra. I can see the difference of my skin tone, the ladies working at Cleopatra are very professional pampering me each time and was giving me a very nice facial after each laser treatment which I know other places that my friends tried didn’t have any after cooling treatment after their laser treatment and they had bleeding too which it scared me. I am glad that it never happened to me and I am at my fourth session while usually I prefer to have the acne treatment that include a full back and shoulder massage, I feel great every time I have my facial and laser treatment!

From the moment I walked in every person in the office made me feel warm and welcome. The prices are higher than other spots, but you get what you pay for. After doing botox for 10 years I decided to try some filler. Miog my nurse helped me decide the look that would be the best for MY face and was so gentle with the injections. I am very satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend both the nurses and clinic to anyone who craves quality.

I know the workers here like I do my family. They’re very empathetic and considerate, which is hard to come by in some hospitals. They try their best to cater to customer needs while giving a fair share of their experience concerning what worked best with both them and other customers. I’ve been hopping around to see where I can really commit to, and I’m certainly sticking to this place. The staff really made all the difference for me, at least. Plus, my nurse’s skills and attention to detail are unparalleled. Left every single time really throughly treated!
