Bonded Cleaners

Ad on front window says same day cleaning when I went in they said only Mon-​Fri. They have no one who does Saturday. I went in on Friday.

Very deceptive business practice since ownership change. They list $ 2.68 on window. But when you go inside they say that price is only with coupon. However they won’t tell you where to get coupon. Totally shady.

REFUSED SERVICE! I had my boyfriend bring in a costume I needed cleaned up for a photo shoot, and they refused to do anything. The skirt has some weird materials in it, so I understand their refusal to do that. But they then refused to clean the cape and jacket which are typical clothing materials and told him to clean it at home. This shoot is important so I really wanted to get it cleaned by someone who knows what they are doing instead of trying to do it myself and ruining a one of a kind clothing piece. It obviously isn’t this place. I don’t know how a cleaners can stay in business when they are refusing what would be an easy job for them. I’ll be looking for a new place to get my clothes cleaned by someone who knows what they are doing and isn’t rude to customers

Located in petco plaza right next door. Unilocal address got me a little lost so I had to call.
Came to get a quote on a suit being altered estimate was 50 for coat and pants. But I needed to make an appointment so they took my info and was going to me back.
Dropped off a sport coat and skirt and total was under 6 $ dropped off on a Thursday pick up was saturday. Service was as nice as can be. Nothing special.

First time here. Looking for a good place near home. Staff was very friendly and prices were affordable. $ 10 for 4 dresses. They were also up front about whether my dresses were dry cleanable and warned about dye and lace. They even tested it out to make sure it wouldn’t ruin my dress doing dry cleaning. Dropped off on Monday and it was ready on Wednesday after 1. Very pleased with this place!

LOVE this place. For any INC choir members out there, one of the cheapest places to get your toga pressed :)

Bonded Cleaners & Laundry has moved!!! It was located in Cypress, now just a block away! The cross streets are Valley View & Ball Rd, technically located in Buena Park, but on the border of Cypress still! The new location looks great! Business is operating as normal! The team is excited about their new location, and are exuding a «fresh start» attitude!!!
In my last review, I forgot to mention that Bonded Cleaners preserved my wedding dress last year!!! After the wedding, the dress was dirty on the bottom from dragging on the floor, etc. Bonded Cleaners was able to remove the dirt, and have it looking brand new again!!! After the cleaning, they boxed it with my veils in an acid-​free box. Now the dress should stay looking new for years to come! I truly believe that dress preservation should be done because it really works! My mom had her dressed preserved for 30 years, and when we took it out of the box, it still looked incredible! I wore it at my bridal shower, and it was so special to wear my mom’s wedding dress!
When I picked up my dry cleaning, I noticed they are having a special offer on wedding dresses right now (that’s how I remembered my dress preservation) haha
If not, still a great dry cleaners!!!
