Very disappointed! Referred by a business owner as a perfect place for our 40^th anniversary. It was a Monday night. We were one if two couples at the restaurant and told them it was a special time. Our waiter was disconnected but explained the card wine dispensing system
We found all the wines too sharp or at best, dull. We ordered the cheese plate, it was awesome. Again our waiter seemed bored to death. I ordered the quail with much anticipation. Right brain ordered the pork. Both dishes were bland. Tastes ran from over board too heavy spice to none. The quail was tasteless and the quinoa had no flavor but the spinach. Pork overcooked, topping too spicy, beans ok.
All in all I would not recommend this restaurant. Perhaps they are better closer to the weekend but still…
We did not feel special, won’t do it again. too many great places to eat and better wines.
Expensive too.

Terravant does custom bottling…
The wines i have tasted thus far were not labeled yet, so i couldn’t tell you what exactly I was drinking. However, I have enjoyed their wines at a few different parties. I inquired as to where the wine came from and was directed to their website. I have a trip planned to travel up the coast this summer and Terravant is on my list of places to visit in Santa Barbara. I also hear there is a great distillery just around the corner… in addition they have a restaurant that is part of the winery… woo hoo! super excited.
