Had one of these installed for my 80+ year old mother. I have never seen such poor craftsmanship! This job was botched so much that I had to redo all the caulking and rehang and put new wooden trim around all of the fake tile. They also installed a thankless water heater which I find out today was not installed up to code! If I could give zero or negative stars I would! Avoid this company like the plague!
