Kim is my go-to from now on for a great haircut. She is sweet, calm, and confident. She has done a great job every time because she actually listens to my directions and has the skill to cut just the way I ask. The store itself has always been clean and presentable. I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes. The prices are good, especially when I don’t lose my coupons!

Andrea has the personality of a bump on a pickle… not a bad haircut, but experience was severely lacking. Better cut than last time when the girl argued with me about what I wanted. Don’t know if arguing or not caring at all is better. Don’t intend to go back to see what’s behind door #3.

Live in South south Austin so Buda is a short drive with no traffic. Great clips has a check in online app which works great. I can get my name on the list from my phone get some shopping done at the near by Wal-Mart which I like as well cause its not as crowded like the south park meadows location by my house. Anyways by the time I get there its usually my turn up next for my haircut. I get a pretty basic mans haircut nothing difficult or fancy and the stylist there are able to always give me a good haircut. I also like that I can get out of there in 30 mins or less cause I don’t like to spend more than an hour having to go get a haircut. I have been to upscale salons and barbers which cost twice as much or triple after tipping.(Dont forget to tip. I never knew to tip hairstylist/barbers till a couple years ago) and get the same haircut for less money and spend less of my time. Bottom line use Great Clips for quick basic haircut… only if you use the check in app, cause I have had to wait longer when I forgot to use it.

Under staffed, there’s always a long wait and they are rude most of the time. Worst great clips I’ve been to

I take my 9 year old son to GC in Buda. They pretty much cut his hair exactly as he requests and not once have I had to pull a «mom» and ask for a redo. Always good work!

I took my brother here for a hair cut, he’s 14, and it was a horrible experience! He gets a simple men’s cut-nothing special. When clipping the sides of his hair the woman left a very clear line around his head. I went from 0 to werewolf in a second! It looked horrible. When I got up and asked her if she could please fade it better I was answered with the snottiest tone I’ve ever heard«I’ve already faded it! I don’t know what you want!!» after showing her that there was a clear difference and asked if she could try to fade it better she rolled her eyes and started talking about me to the woman next to her. My brother was so uncomfortable with what they were saying that he asked her to stop doing his hair and we left. We ended up going to Floyd’s 99 Barbershop and had them fix what she had done. She was the rudest most awful woman I’ve ever dealt with. It was so unprofessional and to act like that in front of a 14 year old?! I’m sorry but my 14 year old brother has more maturity in his pinky toe that that woman has in her entire body. Don’t go here unless you want to be treated awful, and yelled at by the employees.
