He’s great! I’ve been in several times for various aches and pains in my back and have always left there feeling much better. Highly recommend this guy, he’s friendly, easy to deal with and knows his stuff.

*Posting to their 2nd business profile* I have long debated whether I should write this review or not. I have finally decided that I feel it’s important for me to inform the public to stay away from this chiropractor. Seeing this man was one of the biggest mistakes of my adult life, and it’s certainly the most regrettable mistake I’ve ever made. To say this man ruined my life doesn’t BEGIN to describe it. In the summer of 2009, I was referred to Dr. Dean Rushing. I had a lower back injury, and I needed decompression therapy. My local chiropractor I was using didn’t have a decompression table, and my trustworthy chiropractor who had a decompression table was over an hour away. I brought my file and x-rays to Dr. Rushing. He sat down with me and reviewed my medical history. He saw my scoliosis in the x-rays. I signed up for a 12 treatment package deal to get the decompression therapy. At the beginning of each session, I was told by Dr. Rushing and the woman who strapped me in to let them know if I was experiencing any pain long after the treatments were over. They said that if I was experiencing any pain, they would need to stop the treatments. After my 1st treatment, I informed them that it felt like all of the tension was pulling on one very specific point in my spine, and it hurt all day long after each treatment. I went through the same explanation before every single treatment. They reassured me that it was all just normal(which contradicted what they originally told me), and that I should continue the treatments. I went through 12 whole treatments, and I never had any relief. Not only did I not have any relief, they damaged my back. Congratulations! I am now messed up for life. That«one very specific point in my spine» turned out to be the beginning of my scoliosis curvature, and the decompression treatment caused me to develop severe, constant back pain in my mid back as a result. The short of the situation is that: 1) They should have discontinued the treatments when I told them I was experiencing pain. 2) They should have never put me on that kind of decompresion table since I have scoliosis. The lessons I learned from visiting this chiropractor are: 1) Not all chiropractors are created equal. 2) Do NOT blindly trust your medical professionals, especially when you experience pain with your treatments. If I could give negative stars for this guy, I would. I hope none of you ever have to go through what I have to deal with for the rest of my life.
