Really! Who doesn’t have green beans at 6:30pm on a Saturday. Poor food management.

Drive thru wait was completely ridiculous. We ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos and were told it would be a 5 minute wait because they cook the chicken fresh. After paying they asked us to pull forward to wait and 15 minutes later we had to park and go find out where the heck our food was. One sandwich was burnt and one order of fries was cold. No apology. Definitely the worst Bill Miller’s experience I’ve had in 20 years of eating at their restaurants.

Brisket was tender. Sides(beans, potato thingy, coleslaw) were ok. Portions kind of skimpy for $ 8.99, but was good if not completely filling. Essentially a fast food restaurant. They also have chicken and ribs.

For«fast» dining BBQ it’s hard to beat the ever consistent Bill Miller. This is BBQ you want to smother in their sauce. I’ve been here probably a dozen times passing thru town and I’ve never had a bad experience. Once, my wife forgot her purse and they let us come back to pay that afternoon.

Went here while in Buda on business. I saw the other poor reviews but I had actually been here before so I went back, both visits were good, previous one was with a small group for lunch, this time was just me for dinner. My meal was ready before I even sat down and was spot on. The place was dead so maybe this helped but the girl behind the counter was nice and helpful and even joked around a little, very friendly. I would definitely go back. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because you literally cannot find this place on MAPS. If I didn’t know the general area it was in I would have never found it. I did submit an address update to Unilocal so we’ll see.

Always get great fast service. The brisket is usually hit or miss. Either juicy and fatty or dry as jerky.

Very poor customer service, mainly on weekends. I have waited twice more than 20 minutes for our order and both times they’ve realized they«forgot» to drop the order. More like you dropped the ball! So don’t go to this location for a weekend breakfast unless you have time to waste ! Pancakes were under cooked tacos — mostly tortilla . This is my last time coming here on a weekend for sure !

One of my favorites. I eat here often. A true Texas icon. I like the fact I can get healthy vegetables & beans or chose any other number of sides. Clean eating area & bathrooms. Fast service. Very consistent food and service with a smile. Prices are good. Be sure to try the Pecan Pie.

I am doing a low carb diet at the moment and was driving through Buda at lunch time and was craving Brisket. So I stopped by Bill Millers. Sadly. Going for low carbs, all I had was the brisket and sausage.(No sides or sauce) I am guessing you really need the sides and sauce, because it isn’t tasty and I felt ill for rest of the day. Won’t be back.

There are multiple listings for this place on Unilocal, but this is the one that does not say«closed». I have given numerous opportunity for this location at breakfast before reviewing. Today is the down slide. Ham and egg biscuit should be avoided. It seemed to be a train wreck the first four times I ordered it. Today, I can confirm the wreckage. I ordered a tea and a ham/egg biscuit. I get the biscuit out which was barely covered in foil, as if they just used the wad method. The biscuit was in chunks. The ham was nestled beside the biscuit, and there was a sprinkling of egg, I think. Photo attached. I’m not a customer to cause a scene, because it is clear that this is a fundamental problem with a kitchen that believes the five different times in a month that this dish has been made, it’s good to go.
