If you understand the benefits and better quality of naturally raised and finished grass fed beef then this place is for you. Their prices are better than the grocery stores are asking for ‘Natural’ beef. The meat is frozen, in clear vacuum packaging. Bring a cooler. The meat itself has a fantastic fresh taste. We have tried the short ribs, 1st cut brisket, sirloin, and more. The meat thaws quickly. They carry soup bones. Plenty of links online on how to make bone broth. My wife prefers adding just some sea salt, simmering on low in a crock pot for 36 to 48 hours. We keep adding water until a few hours from finishing. She drinks it with the fat. We will save the tallow to cook with, including frying eggs in it.
