Simon Boyar is dedicated to developing the total percussionist. His professional level instruction includes Marimba, Snare, Timipani, and Drumset. Simon is always supportive and diligent in making sure that my daughter, who is a High School senior preparing for college auditions, receives the technical instruction, the musical expression, and the expansive breadth of musical works that is required to successfully audition for the most competitive college music programs today. Simon has been able to gear his teaching curriculum to fit my daughter’s goals and personality, while still maintaining the high standards necessary to develop a talented percussionist. Simon has been able to offer my daughter top-​notch professional instruction, mentorship, career guidance, college audition preparation, individualized direction and encouragement. Thank you Simon for developing in her a strong, confident musical presence.
