Still would rather give a zero. This company sent me a SECOND bill for services NOT provided. Although I was livid when I received I called back, had to leave messages and had to play phone tag for a day– surprisingly not their fault– and it was finally handled. Or so they say.

I have lived in mahopac for 25 years and I love this garbage program they are kind and friendly anytime I’ve needed something keep up the excellent service!!!

They are absolutely horrible! I spoke to Linda to schedule a bulk pick up. She even called a few days before to confirm the pick up. The day of it wasn’t picked up. I called a week later and spoke to Linda again who then said it was scheduled for another day, not the one she told me. Then said they would come some time this week. She was so damn rude and obnoxious. My husband then called later that morning and spoke with Linda. She actually denied talking to me that morning. When he yelled and insisted she finally «remembered» talking to me. And said they would come either today or tomorrow. My husband the spoke to someone claiming to be the supervisor and he had the nerve to call me a liar, that Linda never said what she said to me. That I lied about the pick up date and about the phone call for her confirming it. I am so angry and so offended. They are terrible.
