I’m not a big fan of Bryson city but, this hotel is clean and is updated. I stayed here for 3 nights and had no issues at all. Main thing is that it is clean and staff are very friendly. If your passing through? This hotel is DEFINATELY a decent choice.

My family spent one night here on 12−18−15. That hotel is great, clean, front desk staff very nice. The only negative is the small area for eating breakfast gets very crowded in the morning. I suggest getting up early or be prepared to wait food to be restocked.

This place is what I call a hidden gem! Nestled in the mountains and trees(BIGTREES!) is this cool Sleep Inn. Rates were very reasonable. Parking was excellent, although can get tight when full. Staff was wonderful! Very clean place both inside and out and all items worked. Anthony Melchiorri would have a hard time finding fault here. Occasional noise during the day, but it was DURING the day. Very quiet at night. I never tried the breakfast, but will on my next visit.

Fantastic. My wife and I used Sleep Inn in Bryson City for our base camp for trout fishing and hiking in the Smokies. We made our reservations over the phone with the front desk. The clerk helped us find the lowest rate by paying in advance. Upon arrival we were able to check in early. The room was well appointed and the décor was up to date. The sink was separate from the toilet and shower which is a plus when trying to get ready for the next adventure. The only disappointment I had was that there was no tub to soak in after a long hike. The bathroom did however have the largest fiberglass shower I have ever seen. The breakfast was included and was adequate. The room and common areas were clean and well cared for. We stayed during early spring which is not in tourist season. The room rate triples in the fall. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel in a very convenient spot. The hotel is extremely clean and is pleasant to look at. The hotel has some really good breakfast, unlike many hotels in this price range. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in the area!

This is a great hotel! It was a nice and clean place to stay! The breakfast was bigger than most hotels and be rooms were very big! The temperature in the room could get very cold! Overall it was a very satisfying experience!

Stayed here for two nights during July 4 weekend. Would definitely stay again. 1. Rooms: we had two queen beds, flat screen tv, fridge, microwave, closet, bathroom area, shower(no tub). Only complaint was sliding bathroom door didnt close properly. Very clean recently renovated room. 2. Wifi: free and good service quality. We had about 5 devices linked to network with no problem. 3. Pool: outside. Clean and nice for a dip. 4. Noise: room and hotel were very quiet overall. 5. Breakfast: free and there is plenty from which to choose. Pancake machine wasn’t worth the effort. Waffle machine worked great. Premade French Toast, cereals, bagels, muffins, and more available. 6. Snacks: free cookies at welcome desk each night. Snack and ice machines also available. I recommend this hotel for families visiting area and would stay here again.

Recently renovated, this is one of the cleanest budget hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Check-in was efficient, and the continental breakfast was robust — even my daughter, who has food allergies, was able to select from the options provided. The guests above us and next door were quite noisy — we heard footsteps late into the night and the TV blaring through the wall. I’d recommend a second-floor room to prevent hearing your neighbors as much.
