I have never been treated so GOOD by a service provider! I have taken my car here for years. They always call me first with the diagnosis & estimate. On occasion, I think once, when they could not tell what the problem was, every step of the way they called me to explain the situation and to ask me how I wanted to proceed. Every time I leave there with my car, they tell me what my car is going to be needing in the future. AND guess what? If I don’t listen to them and have the necessary maintenance done, I end with an expensive repair. Except I listen to them now! They are the best mechanics around and I like the way they run their business. They put your car’s needs first.

I don’t take my car here for major repairs or routine maintenance, but Plisinki’s has always taken care of me in emergencies (towing, tire repairs, etc.) quickly, for over 20 years. I never call AAA when I am close to home because Plisinki’s always gets there within minutes. It’s a nice, old school, family owned shop. You can stop by without any advance notice with a car problem at anytime and a mechanic looks at it right away. It’s also one of the few places that has a free, self service, air hose on their main compressor (not one of those weak, coin operated machines at gas stations) when you need to add air to your tires. I also like the fact I can stand under my car when it is up on the lift, in the garage, and see the problem myself. Most chain places won’t let customers into the garage, you have to «take their word for it.»

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! This was the very worst experience I have ever had in an auto repair shop… and that is saying something! I have NEVER been treated so rudely by anyone!!! The owner/​manager was literally yelling at me! I would go ANYWHERE else but here! The worst service I have ever had, shady/​rude employees, and the cost of the repair was TWICE what I was able to find it for just down the street! STAY AWAY… I REPEAT… STAY AWAY!

These guys charged me over $ 1,000 for new brakes. Three weeks later, I find that the rear brakes are leaking brake oil and appear to be defective. They were rude and unwilling to reimburse me for the repair I had to have done at another facility. I would stay far, far away from these guys. They are way too expensive and appear to use remanufactured parts.

Stay far away from these mechanics. They go out of their way to find problems with your car and charge you insanity. I take my car to an honest shop now even though I have to drive farther away. Also the lobby is incredibly dirty. I can’t believe I am forced to leave even 1 star. They are not worth it.
