This was such a wonderful find — I became a regular client. The space is beautiful and everyone is absolutely delightful. But the reason I love BodyCentric is they are all genuinely passionate about bodywork and overall wellness. They value continuing education, and are always working toward new certifications to expand or hone their craft, which is evident even before climbing onto the massage table. Every session, Serena (it seemed meant to be) dedicates significant time talking about and assessing trouble spots and looking at posture before working her magic. I highly recommend.

The best massages and integrative bodywork in the area, bar-​none! The space is clean, relaxing, professional, and helps you forget about the world before your session even starts. Practitioners have varied skill sets and techniques to match just what your mind and body requires (the staff even will help match you with the best person when you call). Plus, each session begins with a personal assessment to start the dialogue about what you need. I always feel more whole and rested after a visit to Bodycentric, which is AMAZING!
