The Element at University Park

The new renovations are beautiful! The entire area looks absolutely gorgeous, especially the hidden drive up appeal (exterior) makes you feel like you are not in Bryan, TX! So convenient to all major shopping areas, grocery stores, retail stores, night life and there’s a bus route to Texas A&M and Blinn College. Aerofit gym is walking distance. The scenery is amazing! Well worth your money! Super awesome, loving and friendly staff!

So fast! Much better improvement thank you so much. I sleep much better at night with the lit up parking lot thank you again.

Beautiful complex and wonderful staff! I unfortunately wasn’t able to lease there but on my search for apartments The Element stood out to me. The staff was so helpful and made me feel comfortable and confident in living there! The comment below seems to be a personal matter and in know way accurately reflects the experience you get at The Element. Though I didn’t end up leasing with them, I couldn’t help but make a post due to my experience. I highly recommend this apartment complex and all that it has to offer. 5 stars!

We just renewed our lease, and are still very happy here! Quiet community, great staff and maintenance, convenient to everything a grad student/​young professional could want, safe neighborhood, etc.
Why the docking of one star? Because they’ve made a lot of improvements lately that are great (dog park, outdoor pavilion, corn hole and horse shoe games, updated the paint job on all the buildings, and more), but – and this is a big BUT for us–
They just completely ruined the complex’s beautiful natural greenery with literally the worst landscaping job I have ever seen, anywhere.
It appears that the theme they were going for was English garden/​beach/​Southwestern/​ancient Rome, and it’s really sad to see the beautiful, natural setting now being choked out with something so artificial and bad.
I think Aspen Square (the company that manages the property) did this same treatment for all of their properties in CS, so it’s not The Element’s fault, but I wish there was some way to have this silliness removed. My friends and I always laugh about how terrible it all looks, whereas before they were always commenting how beautiful this complex was. There are still pretty parts, to be sure, but the area near the front is so unbelievably tacky that I don’t know how Aspen Square thought this landscaping combo would be a good idea.
Still, it’s a nice place to live, and we’re thankful to be here! :)

I have lived here for 5 months now and it has been a nightmare! Every week I have to call to maintenance. The AC/​Heater unit works every now and then and the maintenance guy come and say the AC is fixed, while we are in cold weather or that the heater is fixed during hot weather, because it takes them two freaking days to come to repair the unit, while the weather here changes abruptly every day!!! They are the most expensive apartment in the area, but there is anything about luxurious in this apartments. They have just nice make-​up to fool you. If you are planing to live here make them show you the apartment that they are actually going to rent you!!! They fooled me, learn from my experience…

Have never lived here but have visited several hundred times over the years It’s one of the most well wooded apt complexes in Bryan and College Station. If you like being surrounded by woods, well here you go. Original old trees native to the area. Should be protected as historical.
