Old Texas Wood Floors

I’m providing an update because it seems that my previous review ruffled some feathers. Here is a Unilocal «compliment» I received from «Dino G.» who wrote a glowing review of Old Texas Wood Floors soon after I wrote mine:
***“IF that is true, which we don’t believe a single word, you forgot to mention that he got paid for his services, and it’s not logical or smart of you (complainer) that you don’t do a final walk through with Delmar, as far as we know Delmar always does a walk through”***
My experience with Old Texas Wood Floors is what it is. I would have preferred to have a more pleasant experience but have to live with my choice.
As far as mentioning that Delmar was paid, yes he was paid. My initial review was not an insinuation that he wasn’t paid. Like I mentioned before this is something I will live with and learn from. When agreeing to have him do the work he took full payment at the start. Again, like I’ve said, those are things I’ve learned from and will not do again.
Everything else still stands:
1) He tried to renege from our initial agreement to sand the flooring by claiming it was impossible to do. That was false.
2) He completed the work early and was packed up by the time I came over to do a final walk through. I even showed up early to do the walk through.
3) Lastly, when we discussed problems here and there he promised to come over the following week but never did.
