I bought a Neutral Posture desk chair in 2000, from a Relax the Back store in Austin TX. It was expensive(around $ 500 I think), but I was working behind a desk at the time and I spent a lot of time in the chair. Thirteen years later, the chair is still in use, just as comfortable and used every day. But that’s not the reason for my great review. The armrests began to crack a couple of years ago. I taped them up, but they became sticky and uncomfortable, so I wrote to customer service to see if I could buy replacements. I got a nice note thanking me for my business, pointing out that the chair was in fact manufactured in 2000 and had had a 10-year warranty, but that as a courtesy, they would send along a pair of new armrest pads at no charge. They arrived today. A great, well-made chair, and a well-run company with unexpectedly good customer service.
