Wonderful quality. All the stains from my three and four year old came right up. If you do the $ 20 off deal, make sure you call first because if you do it online, he can’t retrieve the coupon for some reason. He and his assistant came out to my house within 48 hours after me calling and didn’t charge me for the sales tax ($ 10) because I had already vaccumed and it saved him a step. Overall i paid $ 120 and had three very large rooms done. I’ll definitely call Heavens Best again!

Overall pretty good, nice people, good customer service, got a 50 $ coupon for 30 $ on Unilocal so that was a plus! I had my RV carpets cleaned so they weren’t able to use the «dry in one hour» method. They did a good job, got out several stains, but I will continue to do them my self from now on. I figured they would go over my carpets more than a quick light pass, but that was all I got. I can do that with my machine. I wanted a good deep deep cleaning, I honestly don’t feel that’s what I got.
