Absolutely the worst service. I had a horrible experience with them some months ago but for some reason decided to give them another try.
I had made reservations, got there today and the young man helping me was trying to explain to me the different options for coverage of damages. At one point he said my credit card would be charged $ 1,000. At my shock he apologized and was starting to clarify when his manager came over, shoved him out of the way and told him not to apologize to me. The manager then turned to me and in a very snarky manner said that I was the one who wanted something from them and that I should watch my tone and that my options were to either pay the $ 1,000 or call my credit card company and prove to him that I had rental car insurance coverage as part of my agreement with them. Keep in mind that I didn’t even have time to develop any «tone» yet since the young man had been interrupted in his explanation. So I told the manager I had a 3^rd option and that was to simply not use them. I walked out.
The people at the airport where I got my car instead were great. I’m covered through my car insurance, no need for the $ 1,000 charge — how ’bout them apples

Excellent service. The desk clerks were very friendly. I reached almost at closing time to get a car but still they helped me with no hurry. Did not have the car of my preference so was given a better car for the same price.

Excellent service & very helpful for students at TAMU! Prices are more affordable than other competing rental places, even with the extra «under 25 years old» charge. They were quick and my car was in great condition.

My customer service guy claimed to be a rookie, but he was perky, knowledgable and efficient, suggesting ways I could get the maximum use out of the car for the cost. The dent-​and-​scratch policy is low-​stress and sensible, too. Then, when I turned in the car a day earlier than planned it was no problem: I was only charged for a day and they called me to confirm. Yay!

Got a free upgrade and the serve was FAST! I will always choose this lot in particular because everyone is so cool, yet so professional.

You gotta go far to get one star from me. Another Unilocaler accurately described the management. Rented from enterprise lots in the past… one of worst experiences ever not just at enterprise.

This place is Horrible!!! go to Hertz, Budget, any where but here!!! unprofessional and rude!!! Car broke down and made it to rent a car, had M/​C — Visa Valid License, Current insurance card with address information, cash to pay if needed, this moron said I needed a Gas and cable bill to rent beacuse my credit card were debit card, when I explained I could print them, but 2 employees explained they did not have internet access-​really! the are horrible and wanted me to rent a FLAT, ummm no, attitude well they get rented all the time… not by me, talking my business and corporate businees ELSE where!!! They are, not customer oriented, could of cared less weather they had our business or not, horrible!!!

For some odd reason I have ended up using I believe, every Enterprise Rental location in Bryan and College Station just in the last few years. What you will find is that they are all perpetually understaffed which seems to be a corporate problem, yet the highly tasked staff are always excellent and fun people to work with.
At this location ask for Amber or Megan. Totally awesome service from them, a great reliable Toyota and they totally deserve a thumbs up!
