I totally agree with Tate [Person right over my review]. The people, particularly manager, are racist, rude, and stereotypical. They do not listen to your problem. The normal proceedings are just ordinary and when you have anything slightly out of ordinary, the management just doesn’t listen and outright become rude.
I faced a lot of issues in terms of utility bills being overshot and bed bug problems
The apartments are old, filthy and full of bugs. The service is okay though.

A good place to live. Helpful management makes staying here easy. I found Carrie Young to be both knowledgeable and helpful. The complex is safe and affordable. Maintenance is done regularly and any issues are quickly fixed. This is not the fanciest place in town, but is a great value that is close to the TAMU campus.

The management here is one of the most unprofessional persons I have spoken to in a long time. I am a local business owner and was trying to inquire about possibly putting on an event for their complex to help promote their business. The managers reply was and I quote, «We have mostly ethnic people here so we are not a good demographic for your business». Last time I checked any ethnicity was allowed to have a pet, especially in America. I was astounded by Crystal’s stereotypical attitude and was even more astonished at how she simply hung up on me after saying this. Any business that is managed by this type of racist management I would definitely stay away from.

Good for students. Lot of Indians in the complex.
Convenience store right opposite to the complex.
Good swimming pool. Basketball court.
Houses are a little old. They we’re built in 1990s I believe.
