WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN B/​CS. I lived here for 2 years. I was an excellent tenant, NEVER late on rent but treat their tenants like garbage. They have at least 4 management changes in the time I was there. They are liars and say I owe them for standard make ready services (carpet cleaning & painting). I had a professional reputable cleaning company clean my apartment every 2 weeks the entire time I lived there yet they are trying to charge me for painting because they said they «were unable to repair 30+ SMALL holes» in the walls and that there was soot on the walls! I lived alone and am a non-​smoker and hardly lit any candles. I could go on and on! THEY ARE CROOKS & LIARS, DON’T EVEN LOOK HERE.

We have lived on the property for over a year and are fed up with management. Multiple issues with «misplaced» rental documents and agreements, «lost» deposits they they are demanding we re-​pay or remove our dog, and countless other management issues. The apartments themself are nice, but definitely not worth the front office issues you will face during your stay. Our lease ends in December and we will be moving ASAP.
