Such a lovely place. The food was amazing and the staff was amazing. It’s definitely going to be a regular place we visit often. You can taste and feel the amount of passion and work going into the food. I also LOVE all the touches of local business thee from the napkins, to the art and to the tables. Beautiful.

We stopped while we were on the road. Not hard to get to off of 95, straight shot and totally worth it! This place had a great vibe, super yummy food, great value, and great service!

It’s like nothing else in the area. Chef Raiford has created a jewel box of a restaurant that has a distinguished palate in the kitchen paired with an approachable and warm café setting. Farm to Table is taken quite literally here and you will enjoy every bite of it. «If I could eat greens like this, I’d eat my greens every day» was our determination after our appetizer of some of the best local produce around. The crawfish bisque was hands down one of the best soups I’ve ever had. The young ladies at the table next to me(enjoying the Chef’s special attempt at a Blueberry Shirley Temple for them) were as in love as the adults at my table with the soup — so it appealed to all ages. While the steak selection was good, the standout was the«Double Oink.» Paired with squash and the most delicious marmalade, it left my normally chatty dining partner on the quiet side as she just kept savoring the combinations. We will definitely be back!

Most amazing meal ever! A must if you are in the Brunswick area! The food us incredible. Had the best steak I have ever had. Husband had sea bass and said it was amazing. The owner/chef, Matthew, is an artist with food. The customer service adds to the overall experience. We are going back for Sunday Brunch.

The menu, food, service and concept are total perfection. First, the chef greeted us when we came in and explained the menu personally. He struck me as a passionate and experienced professional. My table shared 3 different appetizers, 6 entrees and 3 desserts. They were all creative combinations of ingredients and exceptionally good. I couldn’t imagine a better dining experience.

This place is amazing. Service is great. Food is great. Atmosphere is relaxing. Everyone that works there is very nice. Chef was very nice, he made us a special drink for free! I love the concept of this place. It’s great to see a restaurant that uses locally grown foods. I will definitely be back!

We live in Charleston SC, so our standards are high due to the highly competitive dining scene here. When we wanted to stop for lunch on a trip back from Orlando, a quick peek on Unilocal lead us here. What a great choice! We got seated immediately by a very friendly and attentive hostess who checked with us throughout our meal. Our server explained the brunch menu, which offered several great options, including buckwheat waffle w berry cream, a beef and pork burger w an egg, and other delights. I opted for their special for the day, lasagna, and my boyfriend got the waffle. My lasagna was presented in a mini cast iron pan and was covered with bubbling cheese and smelled amazing. I can tell you, it tasted even better. The sauce was spicy and warm with a touch of nutmeg and cinnamon, just enough to add something special to the dish. I ate every bite other than a couple I shared with my boyfriend. He was thrilled with his choice too, the waffle was fresh and perfectly cakey with a lovely dollop of sweet fruit whipped cream. The bites he shared with me were delicious. We ended our meal with their key lime cake for me and key lime ice cream for him. Both were delicious. The chef and manager both stopped by our table and chatted with us. They are lovely people who are very excited to be serving their community. Between the attentive service and creative, delightful food, this is a top choice when we visit Brunswick again!

Have you ever been somewhere and you get that de ja vue moment. This is a twin of my Miami favorite«The Eating House» a virtual temple of restarauntation. Then you look at the prices on the menu and your in cheap date heaven. How can these prices be so reasonable and the food look so good? The Farmer and the Larder is going to be a Brunswick bomb. I’d find a restaurant of this caliber in many more sophisticated towns(am I a snob). Instantly when you walk in you feel the homie vibe of a New York bistro. Great care and technique is used in food preparation and OMG, is everything look like a work of art and taste TREMAGNIFIQUE, boing maybe I’m not in Brunswick. Maybe I’m back on So-be? The Pork Belly and Black Eye’d pea cake, wow so good as a starter the portion size is huge. The New Strip was literally fork tender. And was marinated in olive oil and balsamic, so, so good am having a Crestor moment. The staff, well in a word Excellent! I’m in Brunswick for a short period of time, but I’ll be here twice a week for sure.

Came for Sunday brunch, it was fantastic. Amongst the 4 of us, we had the buckwheat waffle, pork belly grits bowl, and 2 specials(steak & eggs and trout & grits). We also had the coffee cake and praline ice cream for dessert. Everything was great! It is $ 20 each for brunch, but considering that includes the drink, bread, dessert, and a generous portion of excellent food, that’s a very fair price. The restaurant has a very downtown savannah-esque atmosphere and, according to our waiter, most things on the menu come from a farm out on 82. Will definitely return, looking forward to trying their lunch and dinner.
