Express Lube & Car Wash Cypress Mill At Spur 25

I went here today and was throughly disappointed. I paid for the 17.99 car was which is supposed to include interior vacuuming and a wipe down of the console. The interior was partially vacuumed, but there were still leaves on the floor on the passenger side and some stuff on the passenger seat. The console was not wiped down, there was still lots of dust on it. Also, they only partially dried it off, they never bothered to dry off the side mirrors or around the rear license plate, nor did they clean the bugs off of the front license plate. I now know why there it a tip box before you see your car… if they had it by the car, no one would tip. I think next time I’ll just try to find the people washing cars for a fundraiser, they’ll probably do a much better job than this place.
