I called from out of state on a Friday to order flowers for mothers day. As you can see in the screenshot I took and posted below, they say on their website that they are «closed Sundays, with the exception of mothers day.» The owner was extremely rude and kept talking over me. I realize it’s 2 days before mothers day, but the website says as long as the order is placed before 3pm, they would deliver same day, and Im calling 2 days before! The owner continued talking over me and wouldn’t give any explanation to why her website says that. She also said they are done with mothers day, criticized me for calling «so late», AND said they are out of flowers. A flower shop that’s completely out of flowers, Seriously?!
