Worst experience ever. I’m never going back. Very unprofessional with regards to your privacy. You can be laying on the stretcher for an exam and the tech will walk out and open full door while your exposed to any passerby in the hall. Dirty sheets? Seeing black streaks like someone’s mascara or hair dye rub off onto the sheet with hair specimens is beyond what I could tolerate on an empty stomach. I was left queasy ready to lose my food from the day before. A picture I took of the wall needing a baseboard with Sheetrock eaten through by critters possibly made my stomach churn. Another picture I blurred to be discreet shows how I was able to view other patients’ date of visit, DOB, gender, full name some of which I personally knew and how large their file of image was giving me an idea how much imaging was taken. All this info. is protected and guarantees you privacy under the HIPPA Privacy Act. Shame on not training their staff about confidentiality on medical records. This was reported the same day to the manager which assured me she would take immediate corrective measures. It still does not undo the fact that others entering after me, didn’t see my name and personal info. if I could give this place a half star, I would or no star at all!!!
