Jason’s Deli

Jason’s is usually a solid go to for healthy quick meals but NOT at this store location. I ordered a chicken club salad that tasted like it should have been thrown away last week. My ranch dressing was warm, runny and extremely unappetizing. The chicken in the chicken chili was mushy and was cut in huge awkward chunks, not shredded like in previous soups. I love Jason’s but won’t be returning to dine at this sorry excuse for a franchise store location again!

Terrible experience today. We had to wait 30 minutes to get our sandwiches. After we waited almost 20 minutes the people next to us who had been there 5 minutes got there orde. We went to the front and ask about our order. They said that since we had an order for the special, the Johnny Cashew Pork Sandwitch, it took a long time to make and we would have to wait. We ask if we could at least have the kids food, which we saw setting there getting cold. They said“no.” Seven minutes later they brought out the kids order and 2 half sandwiches without the soup. After another 7 minutes I went back to the front and they finally agreed to let us have the rest of the Order, which was setting there. Going to a place like Jason’s for fast service then waiting a half hour for the food and being treated poorly in the meantime makes for a BAD experience.

Great location. Staff is always friendly. Food quality is always consistent. A friend had some stale cookies once but other than that always a good experience.

Its great to get a ton of fresh veggies albeit the gas they cause can be problematic. The food is outstanding as is the included ice cream or dessert. I love the corn bread muffins. California club is a great sandwich

Always great, fresh food. So good we go every week. Amazing salad bar. Lots of choices. Clean, well-​stocked restroom. Line to order gets long after church on Sundays, but it is worth the wait. Love the chicken pot pie soup, and bagellini.

I’d rather get cancer than return to this place. Beware if you place a pick up order, the staff is so inept they don’t know where they place your food after it has been put out and consequently you’ll have to wait nearly an hour WAITING while your groceries are in the car and your milk is turning warm and disgusting. This experience has made me realize how terrible their service has become over the years, they went from powerhouse to bumbling idiot in a matter of years a true tragedy if you ask me. No one should have to deal with what I did so please avoid this place, the food is great but go the the Jason’s Deli in McAllen or anywhere else for that matter and choose a place that cares and actually does things right. This might be the most negative thing I have ever said about a restaurant but goodness I have never felt so discredited as a customer in my life, Jason’s Deli I’m ashamed you allow such a restaurant to exist. I will never return to this place and may god have mercy on their souls.

Best deli delivery in b’ville. There’s no other deli delivery in B’ville. Good pastrami. yummmmmmmmeh
