Completely discrimination, let me waiting with no line at all for 10 minutes and help other Mexicans right way. Refuse to take my package because my package had a little gap about ¼ inch wide (I completely taped them over). Making fun of me because I don’t speak perfect English. Stay away from this place, no help at all. Also some employees are the most racist person I have ever met in my life !!! Stay away unless you want to experience the worst service in this world.

Sometimes you’ve just got to send some stuff to San Francisco overnight. And sometimes you’re in south Texas. And that means that FedEx type things are few and far between.
I called this FedEx no less than three times — do you have overnight? when is last pickup? Can I get it there by Saturday? Where in the hellllllll is this store? And so on and so forth. Basically, I was THAT customer.
Then I had a perfectly lovely experience there with Brittany, a super nice and engaged employee who helped me out a lot. I appreciate folks like that. I’m from here. I know a thing or two about how it can be tough to find someone great. Give that girl a raise already.
Anyway, my stuff is «in the mail» as they say and all thanks to this spot.

I found this business to be fast and efficient. The staff are friendly, and they get the job done in a timely manner. Especially the gal at the front desk who greets you. She has obviously been doing this a while, and knows her biz, ’cause she does it well. I have sent a couple of packages from there, and it was quite painless.
