Worst business I have ever dealt with. There ended up charging me $ 300 more than the estimate and only moved half of my items. With that when I called to ask what happened all I got was rude people at the office who basically told me that is how their business is. So they admitted they use a bait and switch to get people to use them, then when they get all your stuff in their van they hit you with the real deal. STAY AWAY!

I feel very fortunate that I had a very different experience than the last two customers. I had originally contacted Two Men and a Truck in Ann Arbor, who worked hard to accomodate my needs by contacting the Brownstown office. I was able to have my small load added to a move that was already coming to Illinois. Josh was extremely helpful and checked in regularly. The two movers were also extremely responsible and accommodating. I had a small easy load, and nothing was damaged, so I can’t speak to what happens if there is a problem with the move. All I know is that Josh and Pam in Ann Arbor went above and beyond to make my move as easy as possible.
