Crusty’s PIzza

I ordered food to be delivered paid by phone with a credit card. Was told 45 mins to an hour. The food never came. I called back over an hour later and was told it was on the way. It took 2 hours for the food to come and it was the wrong order, which wasn’t realized until the driver left. I will never ever buy from this place again. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Simply bad business!

We order from here several times a week because its our favorite. The pizza is consistently good; just the way we like it with the right amount of sauce and cheese. The crust is amazing. We’ve only had pizza and dessert and both are great. Despite all the reviews of the order taker being rude, we have never had that problem. So far, we’ve never had a problem and glad we found Crusty’s.

Amazing pizza! Probably the best around town. I’ve had their pizza numerous times and I finally had a chance to get on here and give a review. Sauce and cheese is what make the pizza. Hopefully this place sticks around so everyone can try it.

I’ve never been into the Crustys store but I always have delivery. They have delivered to my work and home both pleasant time. No mess ups and always fresh and good food. Very reasonable prices and very nice on the phone.

Terrible. Overpriced. Rude on the phone. Took forever to get here. Usually that wont matter if the pizza is good. But unfortunately the pizza sucked. Tasted like cardboard, the dough was tough, the bacon was cheap out of the bottle bacon bits. And it hurt the roof of my mouth

First time we ordered crusty’s, and we are so disappointed. The girl who answered the phone was so rude that I almost just hung up and ordered from our usual place. But my husband wanted something different this time. We ordered 2 pizzas, one was a deep dish chesse. It was by far probably the worst pizza we have ever had. The bottom of the pizza was black, obviously the pan had not been cleaned or the pizza cooked before mine was burnt. The pizza taste so burnt, even though it was not. I think even if the pizza didn’t taste burnt it still would not of been good. The sauce is tasteless and very limited. Its not a good sign when even my kids wouldn’t eat the pizza. This was our first but last time ordering from Crusty’s.

I have gone to this place a few times. I have ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, and a 1lb. order of Boneless wings with honey BBQ. I was very satisfied with both. The wings are great for any wings person and the pizza was above average. The prices are very fair, and service is friendly. Another thing that intrigued me was the variety presented on the menu. There is anything from pizza to chicken dinners, salads, cheeseburgers, and ribs. I also noticed they have deals for catering. They also deliver. I will be a recurring customer of Crusty’s. keep up the good work! I recommend.

We have ordered from here before and I would have rated it a four out of five in the past for pizza and wings. Yesterday we ordered wings for pickup and they said they would be done in 35 minutes. After initially paying the bill which was $ 30.00 and some change, I received only $ 3.00 and change back after giving the lady $ 40.00. After that was corrected I waited approximately another 45 minutes for my order. To make matters worse the regular wings were way over cooked however the jumbo wings were good. Most of the regular wings were thrown away. I will say they kept apologizing for the delay while I was sitting there even blaming the new cook as well as having multiple orders. The bottom line is while I was somewhat of a loyal customer that will no longer be the case. You have to give it a number so if there was a zero that would apply to yesterday. The review says I’m from Erie, Michigan but I live in Brownstown, MI just a mile away from Crusty’s.

I truly cannot stand franchise type of pizza places anymore after working at a independently owned (not Crustys) unfortunately with independently owned pizzerias it can always be a hit or miss when you order each time, one day it will be amazing and the other it might be less than what you expected. I have been ordering from Crusty’s since they first opened their salads are great and nicely portioned. Their pizza is pretty great but I have had times where I was a little disappointed. My only issue is their bread sticks they come in these crazy shapes some too huge and over cooked and others little and burnt. I do not understand why they cant get them right they aren’t horrible but honestly its a struggle sometimes to eat them comfortably, its just honestly disappointing. Crusty’s is convenient and pretty good everyone should at least try it out just make sure you order exactly like you’d like it the BLT pizza is one of my favs ! make sure you order that nice and crispy!

Who wants to eat at a place they think is crusty?
I thought the name of this place was comical, and I happened to try it one day. We placed our order there for a large 3-​topping pizza for $ 9.00 with coupon. Their lobby is rather nice: flat screen TVs for a menu board, a TV built into the counter to watch while you wait, and a nice and clean ambiance. There is no place to eat inside. The pizza was very good, although the little bit of sauce on it was flavorless. The cheese was plentiful and the kind you can stretch out as far as your arm can reach. They have a standard pizza place menu, and it is a place I will visit again.

I drove by this place a few times, so I decided to stop in. Definitely have had better. First of all, they got the order wrong. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, the receipt said pepperoni… I got a mushroom and ham pizza. A side from getting it wrong, it was very bland. Crust wasn’t crusty. Could have used more cheese. We also ordered a stuffed cheese bread. Imagine a pizza dough folded over stuffed with cheese, then covered with powered parm. Bland. Could have used some garlic or anything. It was also lightly burnt, so all I could taste was burnt dough. All in all I can’t imagine going back.
