I’m a long-​time fan of threading, and I’m so happy my local place is a home run.
1. Customer service– I wanted to wait until the second time to review to ensure the first session wasn’t a fluke; it was just as good an experience as the first time.
2. Salon– Very clean and well-​maintained. Thumbs up.
3. Session– Care was taken that it wasn’t a painful experience. Sometimes I find that the brow technicians can be a bit harsh with their comments or abrasive with their technique, but I have not found that at all here.
3. Shaping– this is probably my most important metric. I’m very, very satisfied; care is taken to keep a good shape, and I’m very happy with my brows when I leave.
This is probably my eighth year I’ve been a religious threading fan (every 2 – 3 weeks) and have patronized over a dozen threading places all over Indiana. I’m really happy that I’ve found a very solid, dependable brow salon so close to home.
