I’m going to make this a short review:
Bill Estes Ford is the best dealership I’ve been to. The customer service was very professional and friendly and they gave me one of the best deals ever had on a luxury car that I’ve always wanted. They offered me a free oil change and they called me three or more times within a month to check on me to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase.
Bill Estes Ford Brownsburg is my first choice go to dealership!

Went in for something as simple as getting a replacement key for my Ford vehicle. This is after they assured me they could do it and told me to have my vehicle towed there. This is typically a 30 minute, $ 250 job according to them. Two hours later, they told me that they were incapable of making a new key. Had to call a locksmith to do the job correctly. Seem to care more about the money than the customer.

My husband has been here multiple times and lately the service has not been up to snuff. He also lost a hubcap while it was in the shop and they still haven’t replaced it 2 wks later. Also he had a problem that supposably had the problem fixed with his truck. He then drove off the lot and then the problem started again. After returning to the shop they kept it 2 more days and supposably fixed it again. Now 2 wks later the problem is back. And his truck is now at a different shop.
