The Chicken Tikka with spinach and potatoes was excellent. Good service. Garlic naan was delicious. Based on that one dish it is worth coming here. I would like to try more and will be back.

Awesome restaurant, awesome management! It’s our favorite — my 3 year old daughter asks to get food from Zaika on a regular basis! Our favorites — Lamb Rogan Josh, Chicken Dhaniya, and Vegetable Korma. The Tandori menu items are also excellent. If you can take the heat/spice, get it spiced up, it makes it that much better. Unfortunately, my 3 year old has caused us to downgrade our taste buds to a mild for now, but it’s still awesome! Last, service/management is top notch! They REALLY care! There was a hiccup in a recent order and they handled it very professionally! What they offered was above and beyond my expectations! I don’t know if it’s a family run restaurant, but it definitely has a family run feel with a professional touch.

Very unorganized. Very mediocre greeting. Food good, but nothing special at all. Price is actually a little high for the area. I wouldn’t go back.

Just had a most wonderful dinner! Enjoyed Chicken Tikka Masala, Kerala Seafood Curry, Lamb Mango and various appetizers which were the bomb! Service was superior and attentive, there when you needed them but not overwhelming. Highly recommend the curry dishes and the tasty Nan bread. I will be back again to try the other dishes soon.

The best about Zaika is that the restaurant customizes for vegetarian and vegan options for us.

Really great Indian food. I got the biryiani with lamb and my wife got the chicken tikka masala which was both of our favorites. The naan was really good to dip into the masala!

Came in for buffet lunch, $ 10.95. Had heard that this was a spin off from Azitra, and given Azitra has gone a bit rubbish, thought it was worth a try. It is probably at the same level as current Azitra, so two stars. The buffet was the usual collection of suspects: rice, biryani, 1 fish and 2 chicken curries, tandoori chicken(which was not traditional, but strangely nice…), and some deconstructed blooming onion. Most were luke warm, some were cold. All were thin and watery. A search for a local, decent, curry house continues.

Clean and the buffet was good. If you like spicy food with lots of curry this place is for you.

Stomach ache after the chicken curry biryani and lamb rojanjosh. It was my birthday dinner. Horrible experience never will return. We trusted the reviews and were disappointed

Food is decent n over priced but service is poor! Waiters are rude. I have been here a few times before but I guess this will be my last. If you are going an hour before closing time don’t bother going cos they will literally throw you out as soon as possible!

We love this place! The first visit we came we had the vegie samosas, chicken tikka masala and nan. Since then I can’t get myself to try anything else because I crave the chicken tikka masala for days after having it. The chicken is so tender and the spice level 3 is just hot enough for excitement but not so much that it burns off your taste buds and you can’t taste anything else. The nan is so fluffy it’s like eating a buttery cloud. There’s really not much else to say. It’s great alone but better drenched in the masala sauce which I could drink it’s so delicious. If the food wasn’t enough to make us come back, the service would be. From the moment we walk in the door we never feel as if we’ve been forgotten. Are water glasses are always being filled and multiple people check on us during the meal, not just the 1 server assigned to our table. The price listed on the menu may seem a little high but once you experience the quality of the food and the service you’ll gladly pay every penny.

First Indian dining experience was AMAZING! The owner asked us what kind of meat and level of spiciness we liked and gave us thorough suggestions and explanations from there. He also whipped us up some amazing mojitos, lycheetini and a mango ginger concoction. We ordered shrimp and samosas as an appetizer. Then chicken tikka masala and lamb curry and garlic naan. Holy wow. That was one of the best meals we’ve ever had! And such great attending staff as well. We want to go again for lunch today! Well earned five stars!

Last day in Denver and had a very empty belly. Searched for restaurants near me and decided to try this place. Glad we did because the food was great. The buffet isn’t as extensive as my local dallas spot but it did the job. Naan was warm and soft and the chicken dishes were tender and flavorful.

Delicious! First time trying Indian cuisine and this place was fabulous. Great service including a welcoming, friendly staff. We started our meal with the Kauli Manchurian(cauliflower with a red sauce) very tasty. Entrees — chicken tikka and kofta keshari, both were awesome! But the kofta keshari(our waiter recommended) was truly delicious! The garlic naan dipped in its curry sauce was creamy, slightly spicy, and incredible. We will most definitely be back here again soon!!!

The food is great! My son, who hates vegetables, devoured the veggie dish I ordered for me because he said the sauce was soooooo good he couldn’t tell it was veggies. However, the customer service is exemplary and is what will bring us back! The owner walks around, fills guests’ water glasses, cleans up tables, and talks to all of his guests. To me, this shows pride and ownership. He really cares about his restaurant, his food, and his guests! I had a really long conversation with him tonight and he’s a great guy! His wife and son helps out in the restaurant and you can definitely see the love and support they have for each other. We will be back and hopefully next time, we can convince the hubby to come along(he dislikes Indian food).

HOLY sh! t — where do I even start. I will have a boner the size of a skyscraper for days after this meal; I will need to consult my physician. This was literally THEGREATEST Indian meal of my entire life, and I will probably dream of it weekly for the rest of my days. Every single bite induced eye-rolling mouthgasms. We have already planned to return next week, and have even discussed ordering 3x as much to just freeze and horde in our freezer(we live 2.5 hours away). We started with the vegetable samosa and onion pakora as appetizers. The tamarind sauce and mint chutney was delicious. The onion pakora was awesome, like an Indian bloomin’ onion. The samosas were very flavorful and fresh. I had shrimp tikka masala spicy level 3, which was perfect for wanting a little spice and heat without burning your tastebuds off or sweating from the face. The sauce was SO flavorful; really complex and perfectly spiced. I could drink it with a straw. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the rice was great as well. Now for the naan… Jesus take the wheel. I’m pining after the garlic naan. Usually I am a cheese naan girl(we got both), but Zaika’s garlic naan is OUTOFTHISWORLD. I have never had such savory, garlicky, buttery naan. If I could use their fluffy naan as a comforter, I would have a slumber party with it and then devour it in the morning. Amazing amazing amazing. We finished with those delightful little«cake» balls in syrup(I won’t even try to spell the name) and they blew my mind. They’re like little soft pancake planets soaked in warm, delicious syrup and sprinkled with coconut. Balls it was good. In summary, this was truly the most satisfying and mind blowing Indian meal I have had in my entire existence, and to boot, the staff is prompt and friendly and the restaurant is beautiful and tidy. I will be back again. And again. And again x3918374929.

Worth the hype and deserving of all the stars and worth the price. Service was a 10, food was prepared with love and my only regret was that I was too full to try other items. Can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I eat here quite regularly. The food and the service are absolutely excellent. I must say, it’s probably some of the most creative Indian restaurants I’ve ever been too. I also like that their atmosphere is usually really nice and casual and quiet. I’d highly recommend giving them a try!

The food was average Indian of the British variety(so not terribly oily and not terribly spicy). It was generally good and the atmosphere was on the higher end. The service was speedy. As a vegetarian, I wanted to try a thali(mixture of lots of items) but since they didn’t have a veggie thali, I had to settle for a couple of entrees and a chaat starter. The paneer makhni was good and about what I’d expect from BritInd for a 4-out-of-5 spicy. My advice is to stay away from the kulfi(they called it Indian ice cream): it tasted a bit dishwatery. Good news is that the place was basically empty on a Saturday evening so I doubt it ever gets busy. It wasn’t a great Indian place but I would like to go back to try their lunch buffet(which is apparently every day except Sunday when they’re closed all-day).
