Wingstop

Wing Stop has just gotten bad. We ordered today and our wings weren’t left in the dryer long enough — the skin wasn’t even close to crispy. I also ordered to different sauces on the wings and both flavors were put in the same box and nothing was labeled. I gave it 2 stars for the good customer service. The gal at the register was extremely friendly. We’ll probably try again but not anytime in the near future.

The only reason I’m giving a 3 star is because when cooked right the wing are very good and the staff is pleasant. I’ve been there about 7 time and the first 3 to 4 times were great!!! But the last few have been horrible! Not Cooked the way I want and I use the Mobile app which I love! But they give you a time to be there it isn’t ready when you get there. And then it’s not cooked the right way. I won’t be back!

My wings came out hard and cold. Very disappointed in the quality recently. Management needs to do something! Ridiculous.

Ordered my order over the phone, and it was obviously the kids first day (confirmed later) by the way he took the order.
Got in to the store, and asked to upgrade my order to the family pack to include sauces and sides. Manager deleted in my order, but all Ala carte.
A woman came up to ask me if I wanted sauce, and I explained I wanted three sauces that came with the family pack. She re entered my order again… and refunded me the difference.
Got my bag, drive the 15 mins home, to find the wings plain, no sauce. Gross.
Called in, and the manager said it was MY fault (even though I clearly ordered hot) because when the lady asked if I wanted «sauce», I only said blue cheese.
He got pretty cocky, and refused to refund my purchase, or do anything for my 30 minute back and forth drive if I came in for sauce. He kept insisting it was my fat, even after he acknowledged the guy that originally messed up my order-​it was his first day. I ended up driving the whole way back to get a refund.
I’ll never go here again… disgusted by how these guys treated a former repeat, now lost, customer.

The wings suck. The sauce sucks. The chicken is like an old dying bird they got on sale. The fries were ok but tasted like there was sugar on them? It was weird. Sorry guys BW’S winner all the way. Service on the other hand was great. They look like they bust their butts.

The wings are fine but the menu is confusing, the employees aren’t very helpful, and they advertise themselves like fast food but we had to wait 20 minutes for our wings. And, for some reason they don’t have a single trash can for customers! I asked an employee where one was and she said there wasn’t one and offered to take my trash… I decided not to hand her my chewed gum.

You can’t beat this place for fast wings. Order over the phone and pick them up 15min later hot and ready to eat. Have a beer while waiting if they are busy. Great wing sauses and the fries are yummy.

They always have excellent service even when understaffed. Their prices beat other wing places as well. Food is always warm, made after you order and made quickly! This is my go to place!

Always great wings! We get them every time I fly in to visit:) Parmesian are the go-​to!

I don’t like the fact that wing stop charges for sauces rude if you ask me 15 to 20 dollars and just wings and you want me to pay 50 cents two 1 for your sauces that’s like buying fries at Burger King and they say ohh 25cents per pack of ketchup. The wings are good but I feel like the price of your wings dentures a lot of customers at like a dollar per wing and there small wings.

Stopped into Wing stop last night, service was great. Friendly people behind the counter. When our food came out, it was delicious. The ambiance in the restaurant was an excellent way to end a long day.

I have given Wing Stop several tries now and although the wings are ok they are nothing special. To boot they tend to be more pricey than another wing place I visit. Overall the value per wing just doesn’t fly ;)
So if you want an OK wing then visit but if you want a great wing at a solid value go elsewhere.

Like I’ve said in previous reviews — corporate chains serve their purpose. They have predictable menu items with decent pricing and that’s exactly what I got at Wing Stop.
My husband and I were on the way to band practice and were pressed for time (with a dog in tow) and really really really wanted wings. Wing Stop has a good to-​go situation and probably does a decent percentage of their business for to-​go orders only, so it was a positive experience in that regard.
The TV was showing the basketball game and was turned up so loud I had to yell to be heard and could barely hear the woman taking my order (although I can’t hear well to begin with).
The wings were DRENCHED in sauce… which, for me, was awesome. I love sauce and so I was a fan. My husband was not. He said the flavor took over because there was so much sauce. Tomato-​tomato, I guess.
Overall, good experience — I’ll probably be back, but I would recommend calling your order ahead of time so you don’t have to wait too long.

Might be my new favorite fries! The sliders are a good deal, really they’re full size sandwiches unless you’re a fatty.
