They didn’t have my prescription ready and argued with me implying it was my fault. I’ve been here before and it was fine, but the female pharmacist today was less than pleasurable.

Okay, so the store part of this Walgreens is excellent! The staff is very helpful & kind, check-out lines don’t last too long, and I can always find what I need. Clearly they have great employees and great management in the store area.
This review is regarding their pharmacy. I’m really sad/mad because I went in to get my prescription today and was told it would take an hour because they need to fill prescriptions for people «who are dying» first. But I was the only person there! If there were 20 elderly folk ahead of me, I would be 100% understanding, but it was just me. I’ve been getting the same prescription for 5 years and have never had to wait more than 15 minutes ANYWHERE. Whether they’re understaffed, underpaid, or improperly trained (none of which would be their fault! they seem nice enough, I guess), the result is low competence. Pretty frustrated at the moment. I’ll definitely go there again for all my regular needs, but never again to their pharmacy.

I like this Walgreens. I was in line with a big armful of Russell Stover chocolate Santas and the checker grabbed a flyer and used a coupon. Score! I enjoy a discount just as much as the next person! I never would have seen that coupon.
I hope to get her more often in line there. Great customer service.
