I have called several times, left messages, emailed to make an appointment for the past month. I have not received a reply. Not even sure they are still in business. Behavior is unprofessional at best.

A customer will need good luck with this one. I purchased a «DEAL» for IPL’s from one of the popular deal sites. I attempted to use it. Over a one month period, I called over a dozen times. They never answer. I was OK with this part, as their msg stated that they were likely with a client(during office hours). A few of the times that I called, their voicemail was full, and it would not allow me to leave msgs. However, on four occasions, I left voicemail msgs with 2 return numbers. I never heard a word from them. I verified the number 303−505−5605 that I had been calling as correct, and even checked to see it there was an alternate contact number. It has been over a month since my first attempt, and one week since my last. It is now clear why their voicemail is often full, as the same individuals who got ignored after their first msg, are still being ignored. I wrote to the deal site. They too, attempted to reach out to this merchant. It has been over a week since their attempt, and not a peep was heard from Soleil. I received a refund from the deal site.
