I love coming to see Alex at Salon Republic!!! Not only do I get a fabulous cut and beautiful color but I also have a super fun time. Alex always takes the time to listen to what I want but isn’t afraid to tell me when what I want won’t actually work on me. If you are looking for a professional and super fun stylist then look no further. Alex Seipp is the best!!!

I recently moved to Colorado and was dreading the thought of finding a new stylist.
Salon Republic is a really cool concept — each stylist (or nail/​skin/​etc specialist) operates their own business but rents a private room inside the salon. So there’s a main front desk, but you book your appointment directly with your stylist. Each room is quiet and there’s no loud, busy salon thing happening here. I love it!
I chose Victoria Hernandez by searching for «funky hair stylists in Broomfield» or something equally silly on Google. I wanted a gal who I could relate to style-​wise. I saw a picture of her with purple hair and was like, «yep, this is the stylist for me!».
Victoria is a super cool lady and she did a fantastic job on my hair. I felt so comfortable and welcome there which is big for someone who’s a bit shy like myself. I absolutely love my haircut and highlights and am really excited that I’ve found a great new hair stylist in this area. She would be perfect for anyone who wants to try something new with their color — she knows a lot about funky shades!
I highly recommend Victoria and will be back to see her soon!

I got to Amy C. and she does a wonderful job. I have gone to many different stylists over the last few years but she is the best one I have been to. When she first dyed my hair I got tons of compliments on how rich and pretty it was. I have always had issues getting hairstylists to layer my hair in gradual, not choppy layers, and she does it just right and makes it look great every time. She has great suggestions on what types of cuts, bangs, etc. would look best. I convinced my husband to go to her as well, and he was very satisfied. She has easy online booking which is a major plus for me. I would definitely recommend her!

Megan O’Dell is wonderful, super sweet and a color wizard. I’ve followed her from other studios and Salon Republic is by far the best! She is flexible scheduling-​wise too. Highly recommend her!

It’s nice to be in a private little room with one’s stylist instead of a big open room. It feels more personal, and after developing a relationship with the stylist, it’s a fun little two hour gab session setting.
I think the stylists are experienced and know what they’re doing.

This review is for two stylists at Salon Republic — Rene and Julia. But I do want to say that Salon Republic itself is GREAT. Clean, professional, well decorated, and their stylists seem very happy!
RENE — I’ve been having my naturally curly hair cut by Rene for over 4 years now — which is huge for any curly girl! It’s so hard to find a stylist who understands curly hair, and Rene truly does. She is certified in the DevaCurl method, which means she dry cuts my hair and knows just what products to use and how to apply them. She’s also a really cool person who will have interesting conversation with you if you’re in the mood to talk, or if you want to relax and go all zen, she respects that as well. Her studio in Salon Republic is beautifully decorated — complete with local art for sale! — and is a really relaxing place to be.
JULIA — Rene introduced me to Julia when I asked about getting my hair styled for my wedding. Julia is FABULOUS. She traveled to my hotel in Boulder to style my hair as well as 4 other women in my bridal party. She was on time, great at communication, and SO friendly. Plus she works so quickly! She and my bridal party and I all had a great time together, and I got SO many compliments on my hair. I had a trial run with her several months before my wedding. She listened to me, looked at pictures, heard all my concerns and requests — and came up with a style that was EXACTLY what I wanted: updo with my natural curls, not overly-styled…something that made me feel beautiful, which is what every bride wants.

This was an overall great experience. My friend and I went for a pedicure and they did a fabulous job. We had a discount coupon so it was worth the money we spent. But, if I had to pay full price I am not sure it was better than going closer to home. I might try to get my hair done though, it had a great vibe and atmosphere! Great overall experience!

If you are looking for waxing services, Amy is great! I’ve been a client with her for 8+ years— here and when we both lived in Chicago. She is efficient, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable. Her knowledge in using different waxes and techniques for various areas makes it painless and thorough. I definitely recommend her for all her services!

This review is for Amy who is the best. We loved her in Chicago and now Colorado has a gem for waxing, facials, peels. Friendly, personable, fast & efficient. Amy is truly missed already and my advice is to sign up soon!

This place is amazing! Very nice, chic and clean. I love that my stylist Sara has her own room no running back and forth to get your hair washed. Love the concept of not dealing with all the drama at other salons. Sara is amazing, my cut and color fabulous!

I’d never been to a big salon co-​op place before, but I was pretty impressed with this place. Julia is a fantastic stylist who really listened to all my requests. She is super friendly, and definitely knows her way around curly hair! I have only been in her office and the salon’s lobby, but the décor is nice and very clean. I’ll be coming back to see Julia soon!
