The food was good but way too high priced for a lunch place. Maybe it would be good for dinner. A lunch menu with lunch prices would bring some people in. There were only there tables with customers on Thursday.

Went to breakfast on a Sun. thinking this was still The Runway Grill. Boy how wrong we were. Little eggs, a dab of hash browns and very skinny toast. Meat options, fake bacon, sausage and ham WHERE’S THEPORK. When the bill came we thought it was a mistake. Thought I’d need a bank loan to pay it. So long Patio Med Grill hello Bluesky Bistro

The food was mediocre. Weird cabbage salad and a lackluster falafel pita. Tasty but too much cabbage/coleslaw something or other. Watch out for the bearded man waiter guy. Worst service I’ve ever had. I’m trapped here cause he won’t come for the bill. Single beer, no refills, where’d he go? Bad bearded man. You should stop.

So, this place has so much promise. The view of the runway is excellent, and the food is not half bad at all. But the service is so incredibly terrible. Quite possibly the worst I’ve ever had. I hate to make a review centered around service, but it was so bad tonight I’m not sure I can ever go back to this place. And to think I had been recommending it to a few friends based on past experiences. The woman who works during the days is just fine. But the guy who works here is so awful. I ate my whole meal without a drink, no offers for a refill or anything. He brought out the kids meal long after we had all been eating, and we ordered it at appetizer time. And no apology at all, I don’t think he even noticed. Then proceeds to sit around and check his phone while we all sit there. Everyone of us needing something and him obliviously neglecting us. Such a shame. -

Food is excellent, and the views are awesome as always. We miss the old place, but now that they have their feet under them, Patio is a worthy replacement. Love the fresh falafel, and the Moroccan fish is killer.

Buuuuuzzzzz kill. We had guests from out of town that we hadn’t seen in years. After much deliberation and discussion, we talked them into the«Runway», and descended upon it for lunch. When parking, I noticed two women in the parking lot coming from the place. They’d just left and advised us not to eat there. Since nothing else was around, we went ahead and did. Took almost 40 minutes to get lunch. Shot right through, i.e. had to hit the bathroom once I was back to work. Since it was the only thing I’d eaten that day, I’d say their meal was the cause. Amazing food, and you can watch the plans land and take off. Fresh, high quality and great service. Shared the Beef Kofta and Shawrma, best I have had in a very long time. Will be going back for sure. The owner was very nice. So nice to have this option in the area.

Food is unique Israeli Mediterranian and very good. A huge improvement over the old Runway Grill. Good food… great views. and airport action. Love it. Try the sabich sandwich.

I had high hopes for the new ownership but my first visit was very disappointing. They were severely understaffed so the service was very poor. It took 20 minutes to even get water and drinks. The breakfast menu needs some help but the food was pretty good when it finally came which is the only saving grace making this a 2 star review versus a 1. This is a great location with awesome views and plane activity. If they can improve on the menu and most importantly the service this could be a weekend breakfast/brunch destination. I am hopeful they figure it out.

Awesome food! I was so impressed with lunch two weeks ago. The Mediterranean burger, wedge fries, side salad, and chocolate lava cake were delicious. My husband and I dined there again last night, and thoroughly enjoyed the roasted cauliflower. It was amazing. We both ordered the burgers, and have to agree that they are the best burgers in town. We’ll be back.

The breakfast menu still needs to work out the kinks, but I didn’t expect much since they opened breakfast hours recently. The pancakes and the Mediterranean breakfast were amazingly cooked and flavorful. The French toast needs some work. The lunch and dinner menus however are amazing. I can’t find one item on the menu that I haven’t liked. The Moroccan Fish is my favorite along with the wraps and pita pockets. They took down that ugly wall from Runway Grill. So everything looks more open. Could use a little more decorations, but for being open only a few months it’s pretty great. The service and staff are friendly, funny, and warm hearted. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a good meal, and a beautiful view.

Met friends there thinking we were going to the Runway Grill to enjoy breakfast as we have for many years. Surprised to see it had closed, but decided to try the new place anyway. Very disappointing. Sparse(and expensive) breakfast menu. I have never before had French toast that was only ¼″ thick. When we left, we all still felt hungry, despite a dent in our wallets. Sadly, we will not be back.

The food here was absolutely amazing. I started off with the falafel appetizer and the falafel had a good crunch on the outside and the middle was nice and soft. But the real thing there is the shawarma. The shawarma was really juicy and it also had grilled onions inside which you don’t see a lot inside of shawarma. But wow was it tasty. I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere can’t wait to go again!

So sad. This is one of my favorite places and I was hoping the food at the new restaurant would be good. My schwarma plate was gross and lacking in flavor. Swimming in grease. And $ 20. Yuck. View is still great. Service is way better than before.

Amazingly good Israeli and Mediterranean food. Every dish was delicious and gorgeous. Truly a surprise at Rocky Mountain airport of all places. Try the fire-roasted eggplant with goat cheese! Even the felafels are better than any other in Colorado. Great fresh hummus as well. I cannot wait to come back with wife and kid! Oh… one of the best burgers in town as well!

Not quite 4 stars but more like 3.5 stars. Overall, bf’s meal was just ok and mine was pretty good. I was really excited that a Mediterranean restaurant was opening up in place of the original Runway grill. Layout of the inside hasn’t changed too drastically from the previous restaurant. Set up is very casual, for small to large parties with no big hoopla in appearances. None the less, happy for new and good things. I was hoping for a gyro but none was available. Looking over the menu there are herbivore options and carnivore options. The selection of Mediterranean meals are very Americanized so do not expect any true authenticity. I chose the falafel wrapped in a tortilla(pita was not optional) with a side of salad in a light Dijon mustard dressing(yummy), wedged fries accompanied by ketchup in a metal ramekin. The bf ordered the Mediterranean burger with many of the same sides as my dish. After 15 min of waiting for our meal the server comes back to inform us that the chef accidentally prepared the chicken shnitzel wrap instead of the burger that was requested(odd mix up considering we were pretty much the first and only customers there for lunch and I can understand if the place was busy but it wasn’t). The server offered us the option to either go ahead with the shnitzel order, which would be comped OR to wait a bit longer for the burger order. The bf decided to try the chicken shnitzel wrap and thought it was ok, but he had his heart set on a burger instead. However, he said he would consider ordering the wrap again — it wasn’t horrible. My falafal tortilla wrap on the other hand was great, with the exception of the tortilla, which I did not care for. Nice and crispy on the outside and moist on the inside! Cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and spread of hummus in the wrap accompanied the falafal nicely. The next time I order the falafel wrap, I’ll forgo the wrap and request to have the contents placed on the salad, with a side of tzatziki sauce. From all the reviews it seemed the Mediterranean burger was the rave. The next time I come back I’ll have to try that as well as the bf too!

We thought we were going to the Runway Grill for lunch today only to find out it is now called the Patio Mediterranean Grill and Bar. At first we were sad to hear that Runway was gone. After the yummy food arrived, it was clear the new place had significantly better food! Our lamb/meat burgers were delicious and cooked perfectly. The fries were amazing! The salad dressing was one of the best I’ve tasted in a long time! Now we have the best view in town with great food!!!
