My Dentist

Dr. Quiram and his staff are great! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been in twice now, once for an exam and once for a filling. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. The dentists chairs are comfortable and have massagers built into them! I didn’t spend much time waiting either visit. The highlight was dentist and his staff. They are a joy to be around!

Dr. Krainik and his staff are very passive/​aggressive. MyDentist is a total scam. All they care about is money, not patients. My fiancé got screwed over by this business, tried to resolve the problem, and was lied to and told to leave. In the middle of replacing a crown! She was to get a permanent crown put on, and take the temporary crown out. This did not happen. They told her they made her a crown and they tried to hurry her back to put the crown on. The whole time they were holding back the fact that it was a metal crown. Right before they were about to put the crown on, they told her it was metal. So she said she needed/​wanted a porcelain crown. They lied to her, told her it wasn’t available! She now has a temporary crown on, and has no Dentist. Liars, cheats, sneaks. We filed a complaint with the State. Do not go here!!! It is a scam! She was cleared by insurance for a porcelain crown. The MyDentist office lied to her, led her on, and committed fraud, by telling the state that they replaced her crown, and even billed her for it! Which is obviously a lie. Hey, MyDentist, fraud is a crime.

In response to Joe, it’s a porcelain with metal that is approved. He is denying me a covered pro edure.
He can’t deny anyone a coverage that is offered on the insurance. The Dentist tells me the insurance company just says those thing to get you off the phone. Luckily dents quest has all notes when they spoke The staff at My Dentist. As my dentist has no notes, and the staff takes very detailed notes. Per the dentist he cant cancel the crown it’s been made, I can’t resubmit, I get audited. I don’t have any crown, just a temporary however they got paid for the metal. They only get paid when the works done. Works not done. Beware, all they want is money.

Dont go to this dentist unless you are going over the ledgger with them for every appointment. They went way over what i said they could. Their were charges that they put on my bill that they did not tell me about and are not on my billing statements. They also failed to tell me the charges that they billed the insurance. And when i asked why they were not on my bill i called them about it they simply told «thats because you are not looking at the ledger». They would not even speak to me about letting me even pay the bill. They went right to saying they were going to send me to collections before it was even able to be discussed. I never said i wouldn’t pay it they never even gave me a chance to talk about it. I still never got a straight answer about my costs. One of the bills that i didnt know about was when my tooth broke i called and told them what had happen so they scheduled me an appointment. Little did I know they were charging me extra for making that appointment. They just handed me the bill 2 appointments later. I didnt even actually know about the charge till i called today. I had that done 9−30−14 and today is 11 – 12 14 Pretty terrible business ethics. I give them a –5 star. Notice the –before the 5
