I recently attended the Certified Installer training here and it was excellent.
In the two day intensive training they take you through almost all of their products showing you how to do basic repairs and give you tips and tricks for installations. After a demo of the repair you go out to a lab of sorts and try it yourself. This gives you the chance to not only sample situations you might run into in the field, but a chance to tinker on products that you don’t have to worry about damaging or replacing.
The instructors are great and exactly the same in person as what you see in the webinars and online videos. You are well fed and they provide snacks and drinks throughout the day to keep your mind from wandering.
The program is constantly changing with the development of new products and updates so its never the same twice.
Its also very helpful to have 40 – 45 other installers in the same room to share horror stories with and swap experiences.
