My visit to Henry’s was just ok. His website says he’s open till 6pm and his door sign says 5:30pm. I showed up at 5pm, and he seemed a little rushed. He kept making phone calls in between and during cuts to his family for dinner plans. There was only 1 person waiting for a cut before me and when it came my turn he definitely was trying to get out of there asap and that affected the quality of my cut. The blending on my fade was awful and I can see clipper lines down the sides of my head, I thought at first that maybe it was just loose hair but after I got out of the shower the lines were still there. Over all I wouldn’t recommend Henry’s based on my experience. He seemed like a good guy but I wouldn’t pay $ 18 for that kind of quality cut again.

Henry always does a great job with my haircuts, and the prices are spectacular($ 25 for a Men’s cut with a generous tip). He does a better job than the Boulder salon I had been using, at almost 1⁄3 of the price. Also, it’s drop-in friendly. I’ve never been turned away, and I think the longest it’s taken without an appointment from walk-in to walk-out was 40 minutes. Great guy, great shop.

Awesome old school barber shop and old school barber who does it right. Best cut I’ve had in a while. Knows what he’s doing and had great a great conversation. From out of town so didn’t know who to go to. Would go back here in a heartbeat next time I’m in town. Excellent job, Henry. Thank you!

Henry hooked me up good today and kept pleasant conversation the whole time. $ 16 for a well-executed buzz cut. I gave him $ 20 and let him keep the well-deserved $ 4. Henry is the last in a dying breed. Keep doin’ what you do Henry! Bit hard to find on the side of a dying strip mall but worth the effort. PS — He also does women’s cuts too.
