My first time in, I walked in, Nicole was not busy so she took me right away. She listened to what I wanted, asked a couple clarification questions and did exactly as I wanted, what was right for me personally. She cut my hair in it’s natural position and she shared her knowledge with me about cutting hair. I would see her again. Thank you so much for a haircut that I love and makes me feel amazing!

My previous review which was one star was accidentally posted to the wrong great clips location. I meant what I said but the one I was talking about is located at 120^th and Vrain in Broomfield. THIS location at 120^th and Main in Broomfield has been great with Christopher the manager fixing my hair since the catastrophe happened. My entire family sees him regularly now. And has been for about two years so far.

Candace rocks. Fast and friendly. Made great suggestions on tweaks to my style. Cool tip — when doing online check-in, you can specify «(yourname) for (stylist name)» as your customer name to express your stylist preference.

I walked in the door today at 4 minutes before closing time. The stylist immediately barked out that they were closed. I asked rhetorically if it was six???
I informed the lady that the open sign was still lit, the door was unlocked.
HORRIBLE BUSINESS DONT GO TO THIS STORE. RUDE NONSERVICE ORIENTED PEOPLE!!!

I went into great clips once before and got a decent hair cut.
The second time…
I explained what I wanted and that I just wanted a LITTLE off the top while tapering the sides.
She pretended like she knew what I was saying and pretty much gave me a buzz cut with the top slightly longer. Thank god its winter, I’m off to buy a beenie so I can pull this off the best I can.
Not having my glasses I couldn’t see the cut I was getting. I’m also not having the best day to write this. but if there is one thing that should be aquired, it is listening skills that involve repeating what someone said to make sure you know how you should cut hair.

Overall, one of the best of the chain places I have been to. Have been to this one about 8 times. Candace is a complete star and does a really nice job. The times I’ve gotten other stylists, the’ve been fine too, but not as good. I like that they store your preferences from before. Wait times have always been reasonable, even on weekends and the place is clean and pleasant.
