This is the second time we used this company. We have been pleased both times. The driver and individuals who set up for us (different people each time) were professional and in both events, our set up was completed earlier than the scheduled time. We will definitely use this company again. We had no issues and our kids and their friends had a ton of fun!!!

We had a really bad experience. They were late and never asked if we needed a generator… by the time the generator arrived, they had the activities up and running two hours later than expected. Later the generator stopped working before our time was up. They charged us full price (3 hours of play with only 50 minutes of real play time) for all of the items as well as an additional price for the generator. When we called to see if a refund could be provided they were very unhelpful even after explaining we were a non-​profit group with a pediatric hospital holding and event for children with life threatening diseases. Would not work with them again based on this experience
