My experience at Chateaux has been excellent since my initial call to the office with questions and uneasiness. Thankfully. the front desk staff, assistants and especially Dr. Bottoms were welcoming and reassuring throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bottoms and Chateaux to anyone looking for the right dentist.

My friend recommend Ms Bottoms after finding out my current dentist would not let me in the room with my son. I called for my first appointment after breaking a tooth. They got me in the next day, and I took my son. Not only was all the staff patient with my son answering all his questions but, she was so pain free I had a root canal with him in the room. She is the first dentist that was concerned about me not feeling pain. I never even felt the shot.
